Ash was very detailed in how the job would go and how long it would take. He gave suggestions and let me know the pros/cons of each item I picked for how I wanted my floors to look. Out of the 3 companies I received an estimate from, he was also the best priced. 2 gentlemen showed up on Oct. 5th, 9 in the morning, and worked ALL DAY until about 7 at night. They finished my whole 3 floor of rooms and even moved furniture so that we didnt have to take it back and forth downstairs. They finished my 2nd floor the second day as well as installed carpet on my stairs. So 2 people did 2 days worth of work that I thought would have taken at least 4 people to do. I will definitely be back with them for other services in the future. I am SO happy with my new floors, they look great! This is a great company and clearly money is not their main concern, their customers are their main concern. Thanks PriceCo!! I'll be calling again for a different project.

From the initial scheduling of the estimate appointment to the on-site visit, PriceCo Floors was highly professional, prompt, and courteous. Although we ended up not having them do the work, they provided what seemed like a reasonable estimate and instilled every confidence that they would do a very good job. We would definitely consider contacting them if we ever need flooring services at some point in the future.

The estimation process was easy. Hamid came to the house, was professional, obtained all measurements and got back to me in a couple of days with my estimates. I had 3 companies provide estimates and Priceco came back to me with the best overall deal. The got me scheduled for work quickly and were even able to start a day early. All work was done professionally and the workmanship was great. My home looks new again.

These people are the best! From the estimate to completion - over several months - due to our schedule, not theirs- they performed as consummate professionals. Ash was straightforward about recommending the appropriate materials. His crews are experienced and do excellent work. The delays in our construction were accepted as no problem. We will use them for future work.

In this day and age it is difficult to find old-fashioned customer service. PriceCo is unique in that customer service a priority at all levels of the business. First, Hamid was very patient in the showroom explaining the latest trends and improvements available in good carpeting. Then, Hamid scheduled the measuring in our home at a convenient time for us (after hours on a week night). He was efficient in his measuring and did a professional job. Hamid recommended a third installer because we have so many bookcases/books and lots of heavy furniture and he was right (more on that later). Second, Ash was considerate in letting us know when the carpeting would be delivered from the manufacturer and in scheduling the installation when convenient for us. Finally, on installation day, the team of 3 installers arrived on-time and worked hard and collaboratively the whole day. They took the extra time to fix all of the squeaky floors and requested my personal approval each step of the way. They also took photos of the bookshelves so that they could return the books to the right shelves when restoring everything to its original order. I really didn't expect them to be able to restore all of our many books perfectly but they did exactly that. We know quality work when we see it and we have quality work. We already have recommended PriceCo to two of our neighbors and one standing contractor for our condominium community. We will send PriceCo as much business as we can because we will need them to do more work for us in the future. If you want a professional and a customer-service focused experience, then we highly recommend PriceCo.

Refinished hallway wood flooring and replaced some boards.

It was excellent. They have quick turn on time and the price was very reasonable. The floor was installed very well. I would definitely recommend them in contracting.

The gentleman that performed my estimate, Ash, was very pleasant and helpful. He answered all my questions. The price was better than other estimates I received. The company was able to perform the installation the next week. The workers arrived on time and began work. Unfortunately, it started to rain and they needed to use my garage to cut the wood. Clearly, rain is an act of God and not the fault of the company. The installation went well. The floor is beautiful. Has been in place about a month now and I've had no problems. It looks wonderful. Everyone notices it when they visit and comments on how great it looks. I graded a B on professionalism because of three things: 1. the work crew failed to clean all the saw dust from the cutting in my garage. They blew or swept it out of my garage, but left it right outside of my door. When I went outside and saw the wet clumps it nearly scared me to death because I did not immediately associate it with the installation. After a minute I realized what it was, but I still think they should have vacuumed or swept it up instead of leaving it there. 2. there's small area of flaking drywall/plaster in trim from my foyer to my living room. I think they should have fixed that and not left it flaking for me to take care of. 3. there was a mix up with my payment method and I was overcharged. I called the deposit in and paid more than I was suppose to on the deposit and when the balance was paid, I was charged for the full amount because I guess their records did not show I had already paid the deposit. I got the money back right away, but it still was not as smooth as I would have liked. Would I use them again/? Absolutely. Very pleasant, very punctual, responsive and great prices.

Received estimate in a timely manner and work was completed about 6 days later. The workers were efficient and paid attention to detail. Also enjoyed working with Ash for the consult. Very professional and knows his products well. This is the second job they've done for us and I'd call them again if we have any future flooring needs.

It was very good. We were very pleased with it. Hamid came and did very good service for us. I called and they came the next day. After it was done, he called me to make sure that it went okay. It was good service.

Showed up on time, did the initial work quickly of removing the old flooring, including the toilet in the powder room. Installation continued while we were at work. They said that they would be done at 5. They didn't finish till 8:30. The product was installed correctly and expertly and the trim around the edges was very well cut and set.

they were great! matched color we needed matched, did a great job with the water based polyurethane, and left the house looking superb!. we were delighted and would use them again.

From start to finish this whole process has been a wonderful experience. Ash Hamid and all the staff of PriceCo Floors did a great job explaining the best products for my home, offering me competitive pricing and installing my flooring. I am so pleased with the finished product!

The entire process went smoothly. Hamid Azari did the measuring and estimate and guided me in the selection of the wood. He answered all my questions and concerns and was patient with my slow decision process. The installers were prompt, and did the job in one day--amazing. I have a lot of stair nose and a few steps and they did a great job. Cleanup was good and they moved all the large furniture back in place. There was one minor issue, and PriceCo and the installer came back and worked to get it right and now the floors are absolutely beautiful. After three estimates, PriceCo was fair and their selection was much better than the others.

The hardwood prices were the lowest quotes we received from 4 estimates, and the carpet pricing was on par with the other quotes we received. Ash came out to the house 2 times to show us samples beforehand, and a few times while the job was being performed (and has always answered any questions quickly). The install of the new hardwoods in 3 rooms was completed in one day. The sanding and refinishing of the existing hardwoods took 2 days, and I was skeptical, but they managed to get all of the carpet installed in one day as well (3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, and 3 other good sized rooms and a lot of furniture to move). They took very good care in moving everything and it went a lot more smoothly than i was expecting, frankly. The install crews did a great job as well- We were in the process of remodeling/painting our kitchen/cabinets at the same time, and the guys doing the hardwood and trim cutting helped out a lot by staining the trim in our new cabinet color (as opposed to the default wood color), and also helped to cut a few extra pieces of trim around our cabinets above and beyond their scope. Everything seems to be installed well, and they cleaned everything up before leaving.

We were selling a home that was built in 1953 and wanted to bring the hardwood floors back to the original finish. The owner of Price Floors met me at the house in the evening after work at a time that was convenient for me. I told him that we were under time constraints so he accomodated that also. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair and completed the work within the next week or so. The floors looked absolutely beautiful and each time anyone came into the house they commented on how good they looked. Several people have asked for the name of the company. They did an excellent job of instillation and the floors are beautiful. But I had little experience in this kind of home improvement - no basis for comparison. But my assessment of the work and the beauty of the final product was confirmed by a third party ... I had interior house painting done after the floors were installed. When the painting job was done, the painter commented that he sees a lot of hard wood floors - and he commented that our floors were beautifully installed. In addition, Ash, our company contact was great! I had a few preconceptions about what I wanted. He was very willing to work with them. But he also made recommendations that I followed and I have been very pleased. He was right in all the suggestions he made. We will most definitely use this company again when we do the bedrooms.

Ash came to the house on time. He was very patient waiting, because my agent was late. He wait over 20 minutes. He explain me how he will do the job on my floors. I will use his services as soon as I do my settlement. He was professional and very clear in everything.

Ash came to my house to give me an estimate, then I went to his showroom to choose the tile. He was very professional and helpful both times. On the installation day, everything went great. The men were prompt, courteous and efficient. They removed all of the construction debris and swept up when they were finished. I am so pleased with their service and with how the floors look. I will definitely use them in the future!

We used PriceCo for this job, as well as others in the past. We were extremely satisfied with the counter tops and they were installed in under 2 hours, including removing the old counters! We have also been very happy with other work they have done including refinishing hardwood floors and installing carpet. Ask for Ash - he's the best and always very responsive and knowledgeable!

The entire project with PriceCo Floors was great from start to finish. I had an in home consultation as well as two visits to their store in Laurel. Every member of the team was courteous, and well informed about the products and services provided. They were so helpful to us in deciding what flooring would be a great fit for our home. Everytime I called with a question or concern they were wonderful. The removal of the old Hardwoods and Ceramic Tile, and the installation of the new Hardwoods was completed in one day!! I was amazed at the speed at which they worked, without sacrificing the quality of the workmanship performed. The carpet in the family room was removed and replaced the next day. We could not be happier with the result!! Our floors and carpet are beautiful! The team doing the Hardwood floors were very thorough. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and toilet were all removed carefully so the flooring could be properly installed underneath. PriceCo put everything back as needed, with the exception of reattacing the gas line to the stove. PriceCo informed me that a master plumber is required for that part. We found no damage to any of our walls or appliances and their installers we very polite and professional. We had been well informed as to removing items from the walls and whatnot so as to ensure no accidental damage. I had seen so many great reviews for PriceCo floors, but my expectations were still totally exceeded. I have other projects to do in the next couple of years and would work with them again without hesitation.

the overall outcome was beyond my expectations (beautifully done and I love my house even more). Ash provided the best customer service, great recommendations, and a ton patience (I can be a bit indecisive :) They completed each project within the committed timeframe (one service per day) Their team was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Nothing was damaged and everything was completed as requested.

The transaction was smooth. Ash and his wife were very cordial. Ash recommended an alternative to ceramic tile, which is more durable and looks like stone. The day to the installation went well.. The work was done in one day. My floors look great.
