In 2016, My wife and I had decided at that time after reviewing the proposals to hold off for a year on having main level, stairway, and hallway done since we were going to put our property on the market, and start looking for a new house. After not finding house that we liked, we have since decided to stay another several years. We are now needing our basement down in LVP flooring due to water damage, and also include main floor in this work to be done in hardwood. After setting an appointment a week in advance to have him come out for the new measurements, Ash calls me several hours to the appointment to tell me he is going to pass on this after reviewing the quote provided in 16'. News flash for contractors with poor time management and scheduling, make that call several days prior to what had been schedule since most people are moving things around in their schedule to accommodate. Their loss at work that was going to be between 14-17K, but what do I care, good contractors around here are a dime a dozen.

We could not possibly be happier with our hardwood floors from PriceCo Flooring! We highly recommend them. The experience was great from choosing our flooring in the store, to the home visit for the measurements, to the delivery, installation and follow-up. Worked closely with Ash Azari in our selection of wood flooring as well as the details of removing old carpet, laminate and tile flooring down to the plywood sub-flooring. Ash was extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably patient with us as we looked at several flooring solutions-- finally settling on the MIRAGE Aged Maple Flooring Product. The removal of the old flooring and installation of the new wood floor took two full days and looks fantastic!! (Ash had indicated it could take up to three days depending on issues encountered with removing the old flooring.) Our only "if we had to do it again" issue was the extent of dust that settled on the furniture we had moved out of the house and stored in the garage - the rain we experienced during the installation forced the cutting operation to setup inside the garage. The use of tarps would have dramatically reduced the sawdust that accumulated over the two days. All-in-all a very positive experience and based on the other estimate we received from another A-rated Angie List business, a savings of nearly $5000.

Used Angie's List coupon. Worth the drive to Laurel from Owings Mills. Owner himself came out to measure and give estimate. Please keep in mind that if you have, say, a 1000 square foot space to cover and there a number of rooms and closets and hallways and zigs and zags that add up to 1,000 square feet and the price is $1.00 per square foot, your cost will not be $1,000. Carpet is sold and installed by the roll, which maybe 12 or 15 feet wide. If there are a lot of corners and things to cut out and around then you will pay for that waste. I ended up with several seams (which are invisible) because the owner when measuring and determining the estimate used a more economical method in terms of material required, but it meant a little more work for the installers and saved me money. The installers themselves were punctual and efficient. Installing carpet is hard work. As mentioned there were a couple more seams with my installation but they were handled well and wouldn't be noticed even if they were pointed out. The carpet was a low level Mohawk product, but so far I have less than no complaints. It looks great and definitely will add value to my condo. I would not hesitate to use PriceCo for any future flooring needs.

Best price and the flooring and delivery were as agreed.

Updating this review to include more info: This is a review on our most recent experience with PriceCo. We have used their services before for wood installation in our entire home and all went smoothly on that purchase and the install was great. We are now doing additional renovations on our home and needed some additional wood for the new area. PriceCo has specials advertised directly on their website for the flooring we previously bought for our home. When we went to make the purchase however, we were told that the price on the website is only a pallet price and we were not purchasing enough. I pulled up the ad and showed it to them. Nowhere on the website does it say that the discount is only for pallet pricing. They refused to honor the pricing, telling us it is only a 50 cents difference...yes, 50 cents per square foot plus tax. That adds up very quickly. I've included a picture of the Room Specials ad on their website, which does not say FROM $3.49, but Price: $3.49. This is the same web page that I showed them at the store. After leaving the store, I called the manufacturer to find another vendor to purchase the flooring from. As it turns out, it was discontinued in 2014, something that PriceCo completely failed to mention when we originally purchased the floors from them in September 2016. So we had limited options besides PriceCo without completely switching out our floors again. My husband returned to the store to try to purchase the flooring. After accusations and arguing, including telling my husband that if we weren't buying a pallet, they could sell it at any price they want and going as high as $5, Priceco finally agreed to sell us the wood at the price that was advertised. Very disappointed the PriceCo would treat returning customers this way. Will not be returning next time around.

Ash came out to provide an estimate, and brought samples to our home. We chose the colors and materials as we were satisfied with the price. Ash called the next day with the installation scheduled date. On the day of installation, two men showed up to install the tile floor in the kitchen around 9:00 am. The living room crew (two men) showed up to install the carpet in the living room. Both were done by 11:30 am, and I have two rooms with beautiful flooring. It doesn't get better than that! The crews cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with PriceCo Floors.

They work with us to find the right flooring and had it done on a timely manner. We were satisfied with it.

Nothing but praise and appreciation for PriceCo floors. We were looking to replace our entire first floor, which included a mixture of carpet, hardwood and vinyl. From the onset, working with Ash was easy. He came to our house and discussed the options and the process. We then went to the Laurel shop to finalize our selection. All of this was painless and straightforward. A week before installation, the 55 boxes were delivered. Couldn't believe it was one guy doing the delivery, but he was efficient. For the two days of installation, the crew were professional and and did a fantastic job. The hardwood looked great as did the toekicks. I went around looking for any issues and couldn't find any. That surprised me, but again shows the competence of the crew and overall professionalism. I would highly recommend PriceCo for flooring installation. For other flooring jobs down the road, I will call them without question.

His crew were professional and most efficient, they took off the old carpet and installed the floor for the entire house including the stairs in less than two days! We are very happy with our choice of the flooring and the service provided by Ash and his crew. We would recommend him without any reservations to anyone looking to replace their floors.

Very well. They removed old carpet at no extra charge. Second lowest bidder wanted $750 to remove carpet. Installation was quoted as one day and they finished ahead of time

Teams were experienced, professional, and fast. Old carpeting was removed on one day, carpeting was installed on a second, and hardwood on a third. (Different specialists for each part). All working perfectly around painters finishing a job before them. I am very pleased with the service provided - highly recommended.

I had some work to get done before the floors. So he ordered the floors and they were ready by August 31st so that is when they were installed. It is amazing what a talented crew of men can do in one day. Actually 8 1/2 hours including cleaning up. When I walked in the furniture was back in place the pink marble was under the new flooring. The new flooring was under the washer/dryer and refrig and in all the closets and new shoe moulding was down including the closets. At all times I was able to reach Ash by cell or office or he would call right back. It was worth every cent!!! The place looks beautiful and its waterproof and has a great warranty.

From the very first contact with the owner by phone with an accurate quote---- to the installation by his very professional and careful installers, I was completely satisfied. The owner came to my home to measure and bring samples, he was very knowledgeable concerning the product, and having shopped and researched the product myself, I was very reassured by his explanations and advice. I also shopped price and his was very competitive. I was concerned about removing the sub flooring, but his installers were careful, the entire installation went smoothly and the result was exactly as planned. They were careful of cabinetry and left the kitchen very clean. Having other remodeling done at the same time, I am aware of all the things that can go wrong. Not with this company however. I highly recommend them.

Ash was very helpful and professional. He had good suggestions and was easy to work with. Our cats had completely destroyed the year-old carpeting that was installed before we moved in. Ash explained how different types of carpet are affected by scratching and which type to choose in order to minimize damage. The new carpet has withstood claws well. Installation went smoothly and results looked great. Matching quarter-round was included and even the smallest corners were covered. Installers moved large furniture as needed. The new laminate floors completely changed the look of the house for the better. The new carpet looks so much better and feels great to walk on in bare feet. Carpet installation was done on a separate date but was finished very quickly. They also left me some of the flooring materials which is great if the floor ever needs repairing.

The install started on Friday and Finished on Saturday. On Friday the workers removed all the flooring and stored the laminate so I could reuse it in my basement. They did an exceptional job removing the flooring since it was not glued or staples to the subfloor. On Friday they fully finished removing all the staples and from the extra subfloor that was installed and secured the original sub floor to remove all the squeaks from several locations. They took care in moving appliances as needed. Some of the new hard was partially installed on friday before they stopped work for the day. On Sat they returned and fully installed all the the new hard wood. They cleaned up inside and out where they were working. There was some minor accidents but they were remedied quickly by the owner. I am very understanding with them since it was easy fixes and accidents happen. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Ash was very responsive when contacted. Great company to deal with..

I invited 5 companies to come in to my home and bid on this job. Out of the 5 companies Ashkan (Ash) Azari of PriceCo Floors Inc. won my business. In short he provided the best quote that was competitive and the best bang for my buck. All companies were highly rated on Angie's List for the work that I wanted done. Of the other four companies only one came close to competing with PriceCo. Of the rest one company only did wood floors, one did wood floors and tile but not carpet. The last one only came out to do the quote because I shamed them into doing it. It seems Prince Georges county is not a place this company likes doing business with from their ivory tower in Old Town Alexandria VA only 5 miles away from my home in PG county or maybe they didn't think we could afford their services out here. The owner of this company came out and it looked like he could not get out the county any faster than he could. What a shame... Once I decided to go with PriceCo Floors Ash worked with me in choosing materials and giving advice based on the construct and layout of my home. What I APPRECIATED the MOST about Ash was his candor. Since this was my first time going from carpet to wood floors there are items and areas of concern that if you have never had wood floors or done this. It was nice to have someone tell you that your idea while it is what you think is the picture of perfection might be problematic in the future because of issue's x,y or z. He would do what ever I wanted done but in consulting with him I was able to see certain issues from his perspective that I would not have seen from mine. The job was schedule to be completed in a week. I made myself available to be there during this time. I have found it better to be present so that simple things don't become big things when you show up after the work has already been done and can't be fixed or will take a lot to fix. This turned out to be the case and simple questions and areas of concern were easily handled. I had also rented a Storage pod and had it placed in my second half of my driveway to have furniture placed in there while work was being done. Ash's wood floor team removed the heavy furniture items and placed them in the storage pod. The wood floor team after removing furniture in the first day removed old carpet and tile. They also installed base material and installed new staircase and laid tile and completed half the first floor in wood. The second day they were finished in three day scheduled job. The Carpet team was scheduled for two days and they completed the job in one. The hardest part of the job from my perspective was taking apart and having Ash's team move and relocate the California King size waterbed and having it reassembled. The carpet floor looked and felt fantastic. The stair case runner looked and felt fantastic as well. After everything was cleaned up Ash's carpet team moved all the furniture from the storage pod and back into the house to complete the job. Overall I was very satisfied with Ash's teams and workmanship. I would hire again in and HIGHLY recommend to anyone who has a flooring project that if you want good and speedy professionals, I highly recommend you use PriceCo Floors! I have provided some before after pictures to give some perspective as to how this job went.

Installers were very professional and did high quality work!

We absolutely love our hard wood floors! They look beautiful thanks to Ash and his employees for a job well done! We purchased hard wood floors for our town house for the upstairs as well as the downstairs to include one set of stairs. I thought the price of the job was fair in comparison to other estimates that we received. Ash was very professional from start to finish as well as his workers. Ash came by daily while the job was in process to make sure everything was to our liking. What I liked most about Ash was that he was upfront and honest about everything. The job took a total of two days to put down the wood floor. They worked morning till evening to get the job done. Unfortunately, it rained the day of install, so the sawing had to be done inside, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The workers cleaned up at the end of each day and the saw dust was kept to a minimum. None of my belongings were broken or damaged. I would highly recommend them to others. Thanks Ash!
