They did a very good job, but they removed more limbs than I wanted removed. However, the tree does look good and I no longer have branches scraping my roof. So, overall, very good.

Shane worked up an acceptable price quote on the spot. Work was done quickly, effectively and completely (to include clean up) just a day later by Carlos and crew. Tanya was wonderful to make payment afterwards. Excellent experience.

The guys showed up early and had the job done in no time. They cut down two large trees, took away branches, raked and blew debris away and even covered my fish pond for protection. Polite and courteous. I would recommend them highly!!!!!

Prestige Tree Experts cut down one tree and removed a neighbor’s 75ft tree that had fallen in our yard. They grounded the stump and two other stumps that a very well known tree service left behind because they didn’t have the capability to remove them. But Prestige Tree Experts did. They mistakenly placed logs in our neighbor’s unfenced section of the yard. But, came back to remove them within a few hours. An ungrounded stump was taken care of next day and they were very apologetic for having to do so. We will hire them to trim trees in the future. They were polite and very professional. We would highly recommend them.

I had Prestige come out and discussed work to be done in my yard. We discussed lowering the Leyland trees in my backyard by about 10 feet and to do the same for the trees in my front yard, just not cut as much off as the leylands in the backyard. My contract stated: 1 - Reduce Leylands in backyard (1/3) and shape 2 - Generally prune trees in front yard; deadwood, lightly thin The work done on the Leylands was exactly what I wanted. The work done on the front yard trees was not what I wanted, there was nothing cut from the outer edge on the top of the trees. I called the same day the work was completed to ask why nothing was cut from the top of the trees, Prestige came out to look and I received this message from them: **I stopped by to see the completed work. The crew trimmed about 20% of the cherries. We are not allowed to trim more than 20-25% of the tree canopy at a time. Shaping of outer edge of the canopy on the trees was not discussed or in our contract** After a few back and forth with them on this, even sending pictures to show that there was nothing cut from the top of the trees, Prestige did apologize for the miscommunication, but maintained they did everything stated in the contract and would not come back out to trim the top of the trees. It looks like I will have to call another company to complete the work I thought I had contracted Prestige to do.

The work is good and the price is reasonable but the one thing that they need to work on is their communication.

Overall we had a very good experience with Prestige Tree Experts. They got most of the work right when they showed up to trim a tree, remove a shrub, and shape up some bushes; however, they overachieved on the "shaping up the bushes" part by cutting the bushes down instead. (The work order was written incorrectly.) I spoke with Alexis the next morning and she was beside herself with the mistake made and apologized numerous times, and immediately followed up by making things right for us again in less than a week. She had a team come back out to fix the mistake the next week. Prestige worked really hard to satisfy us and made it a real priority to right their mistake. We could tell that our concerns were important to them. We worked with both Shane and Alexis for the estimate and the final work. (We missed the work crew the first time, but what they completed correctly then was very good.) When all was said and done, the quality of the work was excellent, the customer service was exceptional and their responsiveness was top of the line. For the work we wanted completed, their pricing was reasonable compared to what other places estimated. We are very pleased with the professionalism, work and quality of service we received from Prestige Tree Experts and would recommend them to others for their tree or shrub needs.

The foreman, Esvin, was very attentive to my wants and trimmed the trees accordingly. The crew was careful not to scratch the cars, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.

They did a great job! My neighbors came out and took pictures of the company truck so they will have the info when they need tree trimming.

We had an overall good experience. They did part of the work right but not the other part the first time around. However, We addressed our concerns to them about what wasn t done correctly and it was just a small misunderstanding on there part as it turned out, but We worked with both Shane and Alexis, and they were very proactive in addressing it. They had a team come right back out and they addressed the mishap in a very timely and satisfactory manner. Overall the company showed much dedication to earning our satisfaction and made it a real priority. We could tell that our concerns were important to them. Additionally, The quality of the work was excellent at the conclusion of the work, the customer Service response was top of the line, and the pricing and quality of the work was beyond reasonable, compared to what other places charged to do less work then these guys did for us. We are very pleased with the work and quality and would recommend them to others as a good team to work with to meet your tree and shrub needs.

Prestige showed up on time and made short work of the dead tree. The five men worked as tream safely and quickly. There was not so much as a pine needle left anywhere! I would highly recommend this company!
