Had an appointment for 1pm on Friday to hook up my pool heater but they show up at 9:30 am while the heater was being installed. Poist service Technician said that 11:30 am was written on ticket. My Technician said to wait i will be finish for 11am but they left. I called Poist but they were very rude and said mistake happens and cannot help me till Tuesday which will be after my Memorial Day BBQ... I now have to wait till Tuesday for a manager to contact me!!

They are a family run business. They are local and have done a lot of work on our property. I love everything about their services. They do their own scheduling per the weather so I don't have to worry about calling them.
Description of Work: They deliver the propane to our home.
