National Property Inspections

Everything went very well. The inspection was thorough and everything was explained clearly. We definitely recommend Mr. Jefferies for anyone about to sell their house.

My first contact was on the phone with Ellen who worked with me to find a date and time that fit my time frame. She was courteous, patient, and very helpful. My inspector was Chris. He was excellent. He went through each section (roof, Main floor, basement, crawl space, and exterior) first and then would take me through the section, show me problems, possible problems, things that didn't fit code and tell me what I (or the homeowner) would likely have to do to fix it properly. He was very clear about ranking the problems as to how serious they were to safety and the structure of the house. He was extremely patient with me and answered my questions readily and completely. Chris was professional but friendly, thorough, and provided a very in depth and complete e-mailed evaluation in less than 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

He was always open to questions and did not seem annoyed or bothered when we asked. Our report was delivered via email in less than 24 hours. It contained all the issues we found along with commentary and accompanying photos. We would recommend Chris for anyone looking for a detail oriented inspector.

The inspector's name was Steven Quigley. He was incredibly thorough in whatever he did, he looked at absolutely everything in the house, right down to the trim around the floorboards, he found a number of issues that I don't think other inspectors would have found, and he did a very, very good job. I think the price was excellent, he did a lot of work for that price, and he had given his report before the night was over.
