Metropolitan Moving & Storage

I'm a move manager with Orchestrated Moves and the Metropolitan Movers team I worked with this weekend included Robin, Vinicio, Jose, Oscar, Emmanuel. The team provided excellent service, working efficiently and with professionalism on both the pack and load at one house and the unload and furniture placement at the client's new house. The move also included packing and delivering a piano to another location. We had terrible rainy weather and they made sure the furniture was wrapped and protected, and the floors too.Thanks for great service!

Went extremely well. Mario and his team did an excellent job, carefully wrapping each piece of furniture, paintings and upright piano the day before and carefully moving an setting up the next day. Nothing was scratched including the walls and floors in both houses. They arrived on time and finished early. The final fee was under the estimate. They were very courteous and cheerful. Because we had moved almost all of clothes, books, dishware/glasses and smaller items ourselves over the weeks prior to the move , there was less packing than a regular four bedroom which meant a lower than average cost .

It went well. The crew was very professional, fast and good at their job. Very impressed with the crew, much more than with the main office people.

It was excellent. They showed up on time and worked hard all day and got the job done on time and for a good price and there was no damage to anything.

100 percent positive experience. The communication was great, the movers were professional and worked very hard, the move went far more quickly than I had expected, and the price was $600 less than the estimate. I would absolutely hire them again. Thanks for all the hard work.

The crew was very accommodating to our requests and handled our furniture with great care. We were very please with our move and the price was reasonable as well.

Fkawlessly! They came to the hous to prepare their estimate, unlikexsome companies that just asked number of rooms, etc. The final price came in a few dollars below estimate. the movers were extremely hard-working and professional. The only breakage was one ornate I had packed myself. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Metropolitan was very professional, came on time, moved many extremely fragile family heirlooms and a large number of household goods. All made it to the new place in one piece. We received two estimates, and Metropolitan was the lowest---by a significant amount---although we chose them because of their reputation, not their price.

Outstanding. 3 amazing men that did an outstanding job. Highly professional. 110% percent satisfied. They took all the pain and headache out of moving. Will recommend them to anyone. Everyone from the people at the office to guys moving was a class act.

This is a top quality moving company. The crew excellent. No matter what I asked them to do it was always “of course, no problem”. Such nice young guys. Everything arrived safe and sound and super fast. I highly recommend this company.

From packing to delivery, every step was handled with professionalism and accuracy. Even when a three man operation was reduced to a two man operation (due to illness), the crew met all deadlines without any reduction in service. This is the second time I have used Metropolitan (first was a local move) and I recommend them highly. Their price is reasonable, they are extremely careful with personal belongings, and very accommodating to the particulars of each move.

The movers arrived on time, and were friendly. Packing was done professionally and timely. Everything went well! I would recommend to a friend or family.

Metropolitan Movers was recommended to me by my real estate agent. They moved me out of my city home, and into storage, carefully wrapping the larger furniture and cataloging all items and boxes. They built a custom box for a large wall mirror. My items went into storage for three months. They moved me into a home in a very congested, urban area of town -- on the hottest day of the summer! They were fast, professional, and none of my items were damaged or lost, from my cheapest IKEA items to my antiques. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them.

First and foremost, Cassie and Lena took their time to talk to me both before and after my services concluded and what can I say about these great group of people... You definitely get what you pay for! These guys are flat out awesome and here’s why... when I tell you these guys mean business, you will be blown away on how fast they tackle their challenges. They are all very attentive to your needs in ensuring your things are carefully wrapped and ready to go. The winner... Once they load the truck, your stuff if not removed and shifted around or even put at risk of breaking... once loaded, they drive to their destination and ready the next day to off load... did I say Wow!!! Absolutely flawless operation and care for your things!!! I recommend this company to handle everything you need to ship!!! Thanks Guys!!!

First off this is just a great moving company. They were on time. All the movers were just professional, polite and just a nice group of guys. Moving day is a very stressful time and this crew took a lot of that stress away. We had absolutely no damage to any of our item. The estimator visited the home were moving out off and withing 30 minutes provided a written estimate that was very reasonable. When the move was complete the final bill was within $50 of the original estimate. Now that is a great estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move.

Excellent job! My team reported early and we started upon their arrival. They handled my furniture with great care and made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home.

They had exactly the right size van and truck for our condo and storage unit. They finished up faster than estimated and under budget. Even though it was pouring rain much of the day, they kept working fast enough that nothing got overly wet.

They prepared and moved large custom (Thos Moser) cabinets in good condition. The crew was prompt, professional, and skillful.

I have used Metropolitan Moving twice within the last 6 months. Both times, the movers were extremely professional, always on time and an overall delight to work with. The booking process was seamless and the team was very accommodating. The entire experience seemed effortless from my end, and made moving almost stress-free! Fantastic! Metropolitan Moving & Storage did an incredible job moving us out of a house that we owned for nearly 20 years and into another home a few miles away. The entire crew was terrific, experienced, and efficient. This was a four-day move - two days of packing, two days of moving - and the team kept on schedule and met every challenge. Jon Neal has a great team and worked well with us. They even saved us hundreds of dollars by urging us weeks ahead of the move to sort through our stuff and donate/trash what we no longer needed. Still, they moved a lot of furniture and boxes and everything went without a problem. No surprises with this company - just great work!

The workers at Metropolitan Moving were fantastic. The didn’t ding walls or furniture. They were very pleasant and hard working. They are definitely worth their price and we will certainly call them if we need moving help again. We highly recommend them

This was by far my easiest move. The movers were punctual and professional. I plan to use Metropolitan to perform a move for my mom.

I can't say enough good things about Metropolitan. Scheduling was a breeze, and their follow-up was excellent. Crew arrived promptly and began work immediately. I was amazed how fast, professional and careful they were. They loaded up and off to the new location. Same thing on the back end. Very quick and professional and did not leave until they were sure they had done all they could do for us. Definitely would hire again!

The moving crew was the best I have ever had. They where very friendly and made sure they had enough staff and trucks to move all our household items in one day.
