Description of Work: Added outside water shutoff valve, replaced sump pump, replaced shower water valve (entire valve assembly) Excellent work, prompt, and very professional, fair price (cant remember exact amount)

Description of Work: Laurel Plumbing came to our Condo to install a new faucet and Reverse Osmosis water filter. In the course of installation they discovered the main water shutoff valve was frozen in the open position. They managed to install the faucet. However, in order to install the RO filter they had to shutoff the building water supply. They came back on the scheduled day (both days on time) and replaced the shutoff valve. In addition, they installed the RO filter. This is where we had a problem. The plumber had not installed our type of filter before. When I encouraged him to read the instruction he said he didn't need to. The unit was not tight because cartridges had to be inserted. He expected the unit to be closed tightly so when he didn't insert the cartridges and turned on the water we had water coming out of the filter. He tighten the unit, cleaned up and left. I didn't realize he had omitted the filters until I saw them in the laundry room. I called the company and they sent someone else the next day. Everything turned out as I expected from day 1. |I the price was higher than I expected. We had just moved from Western Maryland and that might account for my sticker shock.

Description of Work: I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I had them replace. They were able to do the work the same day I called. The installer was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. The work was done to my satisfaction. My only negative comment is that the price was a little high, but not unreasonable. I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the kitchen faucet, snaked the drain and fixed a leak. |They were professional, very polite and didn't wasted time, it didn't take them long at all. I'll be using them again for the bathroom sink. |Since I didn't get a second opinion and quote I really don't know how their prices compare, but I felt it was very reasonable for what they did.
