Very satisfactory service, from the first phone call to the final paperwork. The service technician was prompt, courteous, neat, informative, and knowledgeable. He was not able to complete the repair of the water filtration system, but did not charge for it. We were happy that he did NOT attempt to work on something for which he was not trained nor experienced. The system is a complicated reverse osmosis system, which may require specialized service from a qualified technician. We will definitely use this company again.

The plumber did a thorough review of both bathrooms after asking a number of questions about usage. It was apparent that the caulking and grouting had been compromised and needed to be redone. In the main bathroom, he pushed against the tiles to see if there was any movement, and there was. He suggested that we start out with the least expensive repair first to see if it resolves the problem, and then if that does not work, to proceed more aggressively. In my case, he felt that recaulking, regrouting, and removal of the tiles to replace the drywall and replacing those tiles would take care of the existing leak and prevent further leaks.

John was very thorough and explained why the items were leaking and how he was going to repair them. Very personable and professional.

Estimated job would take a week, but they finished in 5 days. Estimate was up front, paid 1/3 at signing, 1/3 during and 1/3 at end. Workers were on time each day, 8 am, courteous and finished before 3:30 pm. They stayed in touch with me each step of the way. They let me know up front that they would have to cut into drywall, but that they did not repair the drywall itself. All the new copper pipe was secured well, and they used a thicker and better grade of copper pipe than had been installed 30 years ago (house built 1977 and had several pinhole leaks.) They put the water heater in a new spot (the old one was too close to the breaker box, as well as rusted.) They rerouted the sump pump outlet. For a major expense (repiping, water heater and sump pump) like this, I was very satisfied with their quality of work.

Mr. Burke gave us an estimate over the phone and scheduled the work to be done the following day. Bruce, the plumber, arrived at our home at the time scheduled. First, he took care of the leaky pipe in the basement, and then moved to the toilet job upstairs. He used drop cloths in both locations and cleaned up as he went. After the toilet repair, he tested the water pressure to the home and found it to be within the normal range. Bruce was very professional and courteous, made repairs quickly, and answered a number of our questions about the condition of our home's plumbing. The final cost was lower than the estimate we'd received over the phone, which was a pleasant surprise. We are very satisfied with the work and the service and would not hesitate to use this firm again for plumbing work in the future.

They arrived at 9am on a Monday, took about an hour to complete the job, and were very pleasant.

Showed up on time and went right to work. I had made certain, when I placed the work request that Laurel Plumbing could repair leaks on these ''junk'' gray plastic pipes. If you have them, you know what I mean. I've had other plumbers in the past look and run, not wishing to even touch them. Joe was great. He explained how he could repair the leak, without any major work. His experience was exceptional. It took him about two hours for the pipe and toilet. And the price was very reasonable.

Plumber was timely, had a good attitude, and carried out his work in a quick and efficient manner. I would recommend them and use them again. They immediately responded to my call and fixed it the same day.

Wonderful, responsive, professional, knowledgeable company! I spoke with Karen, who apparently co-owns the company with her husband Bernard, several times. She advised me on toilet selection once I gave her my criteria and was knowledgeable about the Consumer Reports toilet recommendations. She returned phone calls promptly and was very friendly. She scheduled the installation within a week of my initial call to her, and Joe, the plumber called when he was running a few minutes late. Joe was also knowledgeable and was willing to discuss all of my options in both bathrooms. Joe was quick, respectful of my property and careful to clean up after the installation. He removed and disposed of the old toilet.

The company had a man to my house within two hours of my contacting them. The problem was quickly located, possibilities were discussed, and the job was completed within two hours. The work done by the plumber, Joe, saved me money on having the air ducts pulled out and support beams removed and ultimately replaced. If you need an honest, skilled technician in the northern Prince George's County area, these are the people to contact.

THEY DID A TOP NOTCH JOB. THEY GAVE ME A FREE QUOTE AND STAYED WITHIN THE PRICE RANGE. THEY GAVE ME A PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER I FIRST GOT A HOLD OF THEM. THEY GOT ALL THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

The plumber arrived the same day we called and professionally fixed the leaky faucet and replaced the garbage disposal. The job site was left neat and clean and dry.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, HOWEVER THE FINAL BILL WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN THE ESTIMATE BECAUSE THERE WAS MORE PLUMBING WORK INVOLVED THAN ORIGINALLY EXPECTED. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
