Dianna, was very pleasant to work with! She is also friendly, and funny too. Putting you at ease. But most importantly she know her craft. My insurance company sent to different company to unlock my car. Neither one could do the job! Dianna, unlock my car in minutes, literally minutes. The owner of this female owned business was responsive to my needs and quoted me a price that was $80 below a nearby competitor. I was sold a high quality lock as it is vital to home safety and security.

I have a 2005 Saturn Vue and my remote keyless entry fob began working intermittently. Eventually, the Unlock button fell out and I couldn't lock my door any longer because I wouldn't be able to unlock it. I called the dealership to see how much it would cost to replace the remote. I was quoted a price of $95 for the remote itself, and then $64 to have it programmed for my car. I found a replacement remote online for $24.99 through Amazon, but because of the year/make/model of my car, it had to be programmed by a dealer or a locksmith. I have never had to contact a locksmith before, so I decided to look to Angie's List to find a Locksmith in my area with experience with cars. I contacted Laurel's Lock Shop and spoke with a very pleasant woman. (I found out that her name was Dianna.) She had me hold while she first made sure that they could program my specific car remote, and then told me the hours I could come in. I went the next morning before work and was again met by Dianna. She was able to program the the remote quickly, and I made it to work on time. I will definitely be back in the next couple of weeks to get a couple of more keys made to my car. Because of the pleasant attitude, knowledge, and information she provided to me regarding my car, I think I have found a Locksmith for life!

I made a few calls and decided to stick with them. They showed up in under an hour and did a professional job,very courteous.

They came to my home, they were prompt, and professional, also I appreciate that they don't use sub-contractor and they have a storefront.

I contacted Laurel Lockshop. Upon explaining what I wanted, Diana gave me an estimate for the work. She told me all the fees and cost, so I did not have any surprises. They scheduled the appoinment and arrived as scheduled. The properly completed the job quickly and correctly. I would use them again.

I needed a lock re-keyed .After removing the lock Diana realized that the type of lock on my door was not meant to be re-keyed but she and her husband worked diligently to overcome the problem (which saved me from having to pay for a new lock).They ended up getting the job done even though they had been skeptical that they were going to be able to accomplish the task outside of their shop. Diana is very pleasant person to work with and she explained everything thoroughly.She also tighten the gizmo's holding the glass in my security door after she noticed them being loose. She was friendly and very professional in her demeanor. I am very satisfied with the job and will add the company to my personal address book for future jobs and referrals. Actually I have already referred them, my niece needs her auto transponder key repaired or replaced and Diana mention that they do those too.

Provider arrived about 1 hour after agreed upon arrival time. Provider did call and indicate that she would be late. Upon arrival, the provider assessed the work and proceeded to perform the task. The task was completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction. The site was cleaned of debris and parts.

Diana communicated email initially since that was easiest for me at the time. She gave me a quote. I accepted it. She visited to perform the stated duties: replace two deadbolts, two security door locks and two storm door locks...Price includes hardware and labor. Diana was courtesy and informative.

This locksmith is absolutely awesome. I called them at 11:15 PM on July 4th. They came out promptly, and got my lock open in a matter of minutes. Worth every penny paid for the rescue.

I called a number of locksmiths a few days prior to this service to compare prices. Laurel was helpful on the phone and precise in their pricing. They were also very flexible about when they could come out to do the work. Their price was competitive, so I asked them to come. The locksmith arrived on time and she was efficient and helpful. She asked if I wanted to reuse the old housing for aesthetic reasons (I did), so she put that back on, rather than use the new one. She cleaned up after herself. I asked her if she could go ahead and key the lock to match my others (it was a Kwikset lock designed to do this and it's easy, but I was too lazy to read the directions to remember how to do it) and she was happy to do so.

I was in a bind and had begun an attempt to change the locks myself. When I realized I was in over my head I called them. They responded very quickly (within an hour) and took care of my problem within about 20 minutes.

Our Patio door lock jammed in closed position, effectively locking us out of the room. We called Diana (Laurel's Lock Shop) and she was able to come out the same day. She and her crew tried unsuccessfully to open the door lock but she had to come back next day with a saw to cut through the lock. She was very thoughtful to clean up the tiny metal shards (we have young kids) and taped the cut metal parts so kids don't accidently cut themselves.The replacement lock had to be ordered and it took almost 4 weeks to get it. Diana handled the entire transaction and kept us informed with weekly calls. When she received the new lock, she called to setup a time, showed up on time and replaced the lock. Again she cleanup after to make sure there was nothing on the floor which could hurt kids. Excellent service, have already recommended her to a neighbor.

These guys are great and have assisted me on more than one occassion. They are honest and prompt and I felt like they went out of their way to help me. They also give great advice! I will never call another locksmith as long as I live here!

They were terrific. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I really liked him them.

They told me my key was poorly made, and that is why the bag box stores could not copy it. So they copied my key two different ways, One: they made one from scratch using a template and a grinder, Two: they copied the key using a different grinder. Both times they said the copy was done the correct way. I gave them a messed up, badly made key, and they gave me two prefect keys in return. Both keys work better than my first one ever did. They were polite, they joked around with me, and in the end they offered to only have me pay for one key. I will use them for all of my locksmith and key copying needs, and I would recommend them to anyone. They really seemed to know what they were doing, and the seemed to enjoy what they did as well.

We spent about $600 on that service. My experience with them went very well. They were very prompt and responsive in coming out. She did an estimate over the phone and it was good. She stayed here till the work was done and also had an assistant part of the time. I thought that they were good and I did not have anything key specific to say. They were friendly and efficient.
