The people are very nice and they went out of their way to do a great job!

JEB Services power wash my entire house and my drive way. The service person did a great job.There were a few small areas that were missed I tried to reach out for someone to comeback and power wash some additional pavements that are connected to my driveway and I have not heard from them. If they could come back and power wash the additional pavements I would appreciate it be willing to pay the difference .

Caulking of vanity area was completed in three baths as well as a walk-in shower. A recently installed skylight was framed out and finished with matching paint. They power washed the exterior of our home fixed a door frame and cleaned gutters! Excellent job. I will hire them again.

If at all possible the owner should have arrived before the crew. The first person to arrive spoke no English. He needed to call the owner to translate. The owner did arrive later to check out the work and to collect his fees.

Be patient with Faustino and you'll be happy with the results. Pays close attention to detail and a hard-worker.

Communications could be a little better, but otherwise, I'd use them again for pressure washing. Pressure washing work itself was fine.

JEBs service was great. They came on time, and finished job on time, with my complete satisfaction.

The work that was done was excellent; but it was tricky getting them to let me know what time they'd be at my home. The message I got was that they'd be there between noon and 1:00. I got a call after 1:00 saying that they'd be at the house between 2:00 and 2:30. When you take off time to be at home it's "not cool" if they don't come when they say they will.

the person sent out did not speak English or understand English. when I asked a question, he had to call someone and let me talk to that person who would then translate my statement to him. I could never tell if the worker understood my concern or if the message was translated and received correctly. the non-communication with the actual worker made the project difficult.

JEB Services did an excellent job of power washing my siding, patio and front stoop. The owner even asked me to open my window screens a bit and he'd wash off the brown stuff that collects between the window and the screen. I was having a hard time getting other companies to give me a quote. One company met with me, gave me a quote but never followed up with the promised email. JEB Services gave me a quote on Tuesday and the siding was cleaned two days later. Well done!

I would have rated 5, however no business card was provided (harder for follow on work), no written bill just a verbal agreement. Simple statement of work would have been nice, asked composite deck not be powerwashed (I do it by hand... employee already completed task before I was aware). Employee did an excellent job, detailed, effecient. I would recommend the company and am glad I selected them.
