Very thorough and explained the problem

Techs and customer service were great. There was no sales options offered for a completely new system other than the exact energy match I had. I didnâ t know anything about dual energy that offered me a large savings over using all propane. Ended up using a company that presented all available Options at a competitive price. If you are seeking purely service, this company is great.

I am happy to write this review about JDL HVAC Services LLC. From start to finish; Amber, who setup my initial appointment was very nice & professional. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. Special thanks to the entire team led by Armando; Jerel, Fernando, Michael, & Conrad. NOW, thanks to JDL HVAC, I FINALLY have a properly installed & functioning heating/air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!

IF I COULD I WOULD RATE THEM EVEN HIGHER, LIKE (TEN) STARS. NO DOUBT (JDL) IS SECOND TO NONE. (MY REPAIR WAS CONDUCTED ON CHRISTMAS EVE). THEY WILL GET THE JOB DONE. Fixed (Replace heat pump and air handler) when old got fried

The Gentleman that came out to diagnose the issue with our furnace was very knowledgeable and explained what he found and the solution. The gentleman that installed the new equipment were respectful of our home and property. Did their work and cleaned up the entire area. I would definitely call them when needed

Failed to remove a small tab on the condensation pump so I ended up with water on the basement floor for a couple of days. When technician returned the problem was solved in 5 minutes.

The team that installed the unit were clean and communicated really well. The tech that came to diagnose the problem was really good as well and explained the problem and solution.

It was more than a job done well, it was perfect.

The man that replaced my furnace knew what he was doing and got the job done including overcoming some snags do th the location in my condo. He was great.

I think lm due a bit of a refund. I donâ t think they had to drain & replace the refrigerant. They werenâ t here long enough to have done that. The task was to put risers on the unit. They thought it would require changing out the refrigerant, but I donâ t think it did.
