I discovered that our A/C compressor had stopped working and the system was blowing warm air. It’s late Saturday evening of the 4th of July weekend. My first thoughts were, who am I going to call and how much is it going to cost since it’s after business hours on a holiday weekend. I decided to try Home Advisor. Only 3 companies came up with the earliest available appointment on Monday morning. I was really concerned because my wife’s mother stays with us. She is disabled and also a diabetic. We did not have transportation to move her somewhere else. I received a call from JDL HVAC Services. The dispatcher said someone would be there within an hour. To my amazement, Joe (the owner of the company) showed up within 20 minutes. He quickly discovered the problem and replaced the defective part. Our system was up and running within 30 minutes. How do you spell RELIEF? COOL AIR BLOWING! Joe was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He gave me a great discount on the services provided. I was thoroughly satisfied and would absolutely recommend Joe and JDL HVAC Services to anyone who needs HVAC Services. Joe putting on booties to protect our carpet was a really nice & thoughtful touch.

I contacted them early on a Saturday morning and they were at my door by 11:00 am. We are totally satisfied and will definitely call them in the future.

Knowledgeable and effective Technician

Called JDL because A/C went out. Joe (the company's) owner showed up promptly, just a couple hours after I called. He quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. Joe was very professional, courteous and even subtracted money off of the job because I am a senior citizen. I now know who I'll call anytime I have issues with my heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend JDL HVAC Services.

Very nice, professional and efficient

The response was fast. All of the techs were on other jobs so the owner came. He was thorough and explained as he checked and started with the simplest things first. He was cheerful and courteous. The charge was very reasonable. In fact I don't think any other company would have charged as little while giving such good service. I highly recommend this company.

My ac had gone out. JDL responded instantly and offered same day service in the evening when I could be home. When his tecnician was running late, the owner , Joe personally came out and fixed the problem on the spot. He was courteous and completed the job on the spot. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed that he bent over backwards to get the job done. I would absolutely highly recommend him and his company!!

Called on an extremely hot Sunday around 10 am. They were swamped and had to fit me in. The tech was at my home before noon. Yusuff was awesome and had to work in very hot area with little ventilation. The first thing he did when he entered my home is put on booties to protect my carpet. Excellent experience all around.

Great service! They ask that you stay and observe their work as they do and explained everything they did. They have a binder that shows a fixed cost for all activities so you know that they are not making it up as they go. They were able to come in the same day even though it was a Saturday afternoon. I strongly recommend them.

JDL promptly contacted me and scheduled a same-Day service. Explained to me the service call charge and no obligation work estimate. Surprisingly, prior to the technician visit, my heat pump started working again. JDL was pleasant enough to cancel the service call at the last minute without any issues. I will keep this business in mind for my future need.

I received prompt and excellent service from a technician who fixed the problem I reported. He looked at the whole situation, and came up with a plan to fix another problem that has been an issue for a year, but I thought was a hopeless case. Details follow: My A/C was working, but the thermostat was a cheap freebie installed a year ago, and it did not work anymore. The technician replaced it. When he checked the whole A/C unit, he noticed some sections were not sealed properly, and he fixed that. I have had a problem changing the filter in the furnace. The technician (from a different company) who installed a new furnace a year ago did not have the needs of the customer in mind, and I have to move the wiring around each time I change a filter. I hate it, but I live with it because I did not know any better. The JDL technician zeroed in on the problem right away (although I had not said anything about it), and came up with two alternatives. He will price them and come back to modify the unit, based on the cheaper of the two options. The result will be that I will change my filter more often, which is best for my unit over the long term (not to mention the air I breathe!). I will also be able to install a filter that is the proper size. The one I use now is too small, but it's hard enough to squeeze through as it is. I strongly recommend JDL HVAC Services!

Joe the owner of JDL was very professional and pleasant and was very informative on the work that he did. A very smart person and knew his job inside and out and could tell you anything you need to know. If you need someone one to fix your air condition I beg you to call JDL please. You will be satisfied.
