The 2 workers quickly and accurately diagnosed the cause of my heat failure. They explained fully and in terms that I could understand what needed to be done to solve the problem.

After not getting a call back over multiple days from my previous HVAC service provider I turned to JDL who not only were easy to get on the phone but came out less than 2 hours later and efficiently worked through our regrettably large number of heating issues. We received a very plain language and competitive estimate and were able to get the project underway immediately. Because of availability isssues, JDL decided to upgrade our chosen furnace to a more expensive brand at no additional cost and had 5 pros working in multiple areas of our house to complete the large job in a single day. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Joe took his time and explained every aspect of the problem to me. He did an excellent job in determining the problem and fixing it. I definitely will use them again!

I received prompt reach-out on the phone from owner Joe. He and Iree (sp?) showed up together on Xmas weekend Saturday to analyze my heat pump issue(s). Parts were needed, but there was no ability to order until Xmas eve Monday. Joe warned me the parts facility could be closed that day; yup, closed - but Joe called early Monday morning to inform me, and that they'd get back at it Wednesday after Xmas. Iree (sp?) called Wednesday morning, having ordered and picked up parts. Upon arriving? He shared how much time he'd devoted on the phone w/Lennox, to learn specifically why/how this 4 mos. old board (installed by another contractor) could have fried. HE DID HOMEWORK above and beyond, critical to my specific circumstance! Wow. New board installed, necessary defrost element, too. I received a senior citizen discount on parts I didn't know to ask for; I was charged minimally for the multiple visits, as JDL's goal was to MAKE THINGS RIGHT for the customer, not nickel and dime me. I, the customer, and my satisfaction was paramount. I've waited 10 days since work was completed to monitor my home's energy usage; it's back to normal. In the future, my wife and I will always give JDL HVAC "first shot" at our home's heating/cooling situations. Finding a service provider this thorough, communicative, fairly priced was a real WIN! The technician showed up in the same day, diagnosed the problem and made recommendation. Followed up on his recommendation a week later and the issue is fixed. Fast and reliable service. Definitely recommend.

JDL HVAC Services are awesome. I made a phone call early morning today because my furnace was not working. I was surprised when my call was answered promptly. Their team came to my house to examine my furnace. Within no time they figured out the problem and made arrangements to get the parts needed for the repair. The technician worked diligently and made sure that unit was working fine before leaving. I will highly recommend them to my friends. Very impressed with their overall service!

I woke up freezing on Thanksgiving eve. My furnace was out! I contacted my home warranty company. The first contractor assigned could not come today. The second contractor assigned was not very professional on the initial phone call, and when I checked his reviews on Yelp.....all “1’s”. I came to Home Advisor and found JDL HVAC. Not only did they say they could make it this morning....but they were able to come early. My technician was so pleasant and professional. He was very honest with me about the situation of my furnace and knowledgeable about my options. The fee for the service call and the service itself was very reasonable. I will be making JDL my HVAC company.

I woke up at 5am to no heat. I setup a next day appointment yet I received a call by 7am asking if they could come within the hour. by 9am my issue was diagnosed and fixed. Ire was personal, professional and very knowledgeable. Working in a similar industry it was very refreshing to receive such a high level of service. Thank you!

All around excellent. First, a quick response on a sunday over a holiday weekend, followed by a well explained description of our system's problem. Received a great cost estimate for follow up work. A very professional and efficient crew arrived to install our new system. The individual care provided by Joe displays the pride in his company and explains the quality of the work.

Joe is very responsive and nice. Ire is the best! He’s very detailed, very honest and one of the nicest contractors I’ve ever met! I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and theses folks are the best! I didn’t have to wait weeks for the furnace installation at a good price. I would recommend them to anyone!

They were very responsive and quick in fixing my A/C. Negatives: 1. They refused to warranty their work for more than one month unless I paid for an additional cleaning service. 2. I was charged $500 for a $200 part. 3. They charge 4% to process credit or debit card.
