This company charged me $240 to change the capacitor on my outdoor HVAC unit. I checked online for the price of the capacitor that they replaced and it was only about $19.

Great last minute appointment availability and arrived within the 4 hour window. Some difficulty with the reliability of their Freon scale and price per pound of Freon is higher than average. Very customer friendly technician who patiently explained the problem and Freon recharge process.

Explained what he was doing at each step. He was very willing to fully answer all of our questions. I would definitely hire them again.

After submitting my request here JDL responded quickly and even better were able to send technicians out promptly. I will admit that I was lucky that it was the first call of the day. The Technicians were friendly, knew their stuff as they went through a mental checklist of what could be the problem and found the issue promptly. 15 min later my system was up and running.

I paid $1400 to repair my A/C unit. 1. Service charge $89. 2. Defrost relay board $496. 3. R410A 8lbs $817. Unfortunately, several hours later the coolant leaked out. I called the company. They came back to assess the problem. Since its not their fault the coolant leaked out, they will search for the leak for an addition fee. I said no. Currently, the temperature in my home is 85 degrees, still, no A/C. I paid $1400 for these results.

Great service! Responded quickly to my call for help when mu AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and another repair company made the situation worse. They spent time with me working through the fix or replace options and were able to replace the unit the next business day.
