They were professional, respectful, no additional pressure sales or charges and was kind enough to explain what happen and offered remedies for future issues. I would use them again and see if it is consistent. They have customer service that is missing in the world these days. Hopefully, it is across the company and just not one individual.

I have nothing but good to say about JDL. Beginning with Vince Kelley the senior specialist to Ania with whom I spoke on several occasions to the actual technicians , each were very professional and highly skilled. Being a senior citizen with breathing issues and the air conditioning going out on the hottest weekend of the season, I needed help ASAP. Turns out the entire system gave out after 20 years and needed replacing. I won't name any company but I was quoted the job being done in 5-10 days and an exorbitant price. That's when I contacted Home Advisor and will do so again if I have a need. Needed to say I didn't have 5-10 days to wait. JDL came out on a Thursday and the system was put in on Friday. Everyone was polite and professional and highly recommend JDL.

The gentlemen from JDL were highly skilled and very professional, they did a great job at a fair price and to my astonishment had not just one but two parts on hand to pick from for my A/C blower motor repair, and on a Sunday morning. The other 2 companies that came out needed to order the part. Really pleased and highly recommend these folks. Thanks Ire & Boris!

AC wasn't working properly during the hottest part of the summer and I got these guys out same day to fix the problem.

I m very pleased with the response time (same day) and customer service. Ire Yussuff who was the HVAC Technician was professional and explained everything he was doing. He fixed the problem and provided guidance on maintenance my system needed to work more efficiently. I had not planned to, but chose to purchase their yearly maintenance plan. My system is quieter than it was before and we are comfortable raising the temperature on the thermostat. So far it s been a great experience.

JDL was the first to respond to my request. Free diagnostic requiring a $30.00 non refundable appointment fee made it easy compared to those charging higher fees just to come out. Vince and Ray were on time. Both were highly knowledgeable, skilled, cordial and conscientious. They worked quickly and they answered questions that helped me understand my air conditioner. From Joe who fielded our request to the very end, I came away confident that I found a new partner for future HVAC needs. Coldest our house has been since we bought it!!!! Thanks JDL!!!!!!

Company provided excellent customer service! Joe the owner was dedicated to making sure I was very satisfied and went above and beyond. Steve and his team were knowledgeable, dedicated and very committed to making me happy. They installed my new HVAC in one day and even checked to make sure I was satisfied. They charge a pretty high rate. $719 for a repair which failed again within a couple of hours. They told me that they would need to replace the whole system after the initial repair was. If they had told me that the entire system would need to be switched out initially, I would not be upset but they waited until the system failed to tell me.

Joe is friendly, very responsive and repaired my malfunctioning heat pump and quickly got my AC working again during the recent heat wave. Communication was clear and concise and the price was fair. We'll definitely be using JDL HVAC Services again.

Great and friendly group of people .Had an issue on a Sunday morning at 100 degrees .I called around everybody was 2 to 3 days out .JDL called me on Sunday at 10 am by 12 pm I was up and Running .That is great service .Only reason for the 4 stars on price I would think they would knock off the inspection fee if you have the repairs made .Cant really argue that for such quality and fast service Thanks Mark
