Losing AC in the middle of a heatwave over the July 4th Holiday isn't great but JDL was able to get someone out to us on the morning of the 4th (to be honest, I figured that we'd get no one until the 5th) and he was able to diagnose the problem, get things running again, and give some pointers.

The JDL tech diagnosed our issue with the HVAC. A couple of days later we had a completely new system installed by a JDL team. They made sure they covered our light rugs. The job was completed efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is rated outstanding in most reviews for good reason. They expertly installed a highly efficient boiler heating system in my 100 year old home when the 30 year old system we had finally died. Their customer service was exceptional, the price was fair, and the installation was perfect. I give the highest recommendation possible to JDL HVAC & Plumbing Services. the technician came out and did damage instead of providing service. I reached out to the company and the owner was incredibly hostile and rude. I no longer trust the owner and would like them to just pay for the piece that was damaged.

We placed an urgent request on another website to which they responded to very quickly. Sales person came out to our home the same day. Gave us a quote right then and there before he left. The price was what we expected, and even a little bit less compared to other quotes that weâ ve had in the past. He insured us that the team would be able to come out in the morning to start the project and replace our HVAC systems. We paid our deposit and the next day the team showed up at around 8 AM. They were very pleasant and professional. They replaced both HVAC systems and removed our old systems in our attic basement. They also at the end of the day cleaned up the debris that was created from removal and installation. They walked us through the new systems and the thermostats and were done at around 530 that day, they were truly wonderful and helped us a great deal and we are grateful. would highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Very thorough and explained the problem

Techs and customer service were great. There was no sales options offered for a completely new system other than the exact energy match I had. I didnâ t know anything about dual energy that offered me a large savings over using all propane. Ended up using a company that presented all available Options at a competitive price. If you are seeking purely service, this company is great.
