Very good, quick.

The JDL tech came in, opened the unit , cleaned the nozzle, closed the unit and tried to start. Heat still did not work. Tech tried a couple other things afterwards. Still the heat did not work. The tech stated the company will send an estimate for work to be done to get the heat back on. The estimate was $1700 to replace nozzles, electrodes, filter and purge the system. The tech recommended to replace the electrodes only. I told them no thanks. I called another company Titan, who came out and stated to change the transformer. He showed me there was no spark. He did not have the parts on his truck. I paid him the service fee like I paid to JDL. I ordered the transformer and a filter from amazon. I changed both items in 10 minutes and the heat started working. If I had allowed JDL HVAC services to perform the $1700.00 estimate, I still would not have had any heat since the estimate did not include the transformer which provides spark for the system. I am a Licensed General contractor and I would not recommend JDL HVAC SERVICES to anyone.

I was not told about having to cut down a panel in my home to remove the water heater. If your conducting work in someones home, the owner should be informed prior to removing a structure of the home.

It was easy to work with this company from getting the estimate to the installation of the system. Everyone was courteous and responsive. The quality of work was superior.

JDL gave me a time frame and arrived within that timeframe. The technician was knowledgeable and informative. He found and fixed the issue in one hour.

JDLL installed our current AC system and has been maintaining it ever since. They did an excellent job with the installation and have been consistent and efficient in the systems maintenance. The maintenance technician explained the process and results clearly. Nice person and a good representation of the company.

Ang knew what I needed! I purchased a home knowing work would need to be complete in the futureâ ¦ future is now. Long story short, I have not had the best luck with my AC system from the beginning. I went through another company for my 1st furnace. Blue Dot. DO NOT DO THAT TO YOURSELF. It took Blue Dot 2 years to get my system to run properly. Fast forward to present. I encounter a very familiar problem with my 2nd system. I requested service through Ang & within 5 minutes JDL contacted me. The dispatch rate is unmatched! I approached the situation with an open mind, considering my last experience. When I tell you guys I made the right decision! Ire was the tech assigned to my repair. Very knowledgeable & respectful individual. I have gotten my system inspected in the past & heâ  s confirmed to the tee the issues that were presented to me when I originally bought my home. Ire went above & beyond to explaining & showing me the issues that are present. Ire broke down the process. The pros & cons of the options that I have. I appreciate the follow up call! The technician came, checked AC unit and suggested to replace that, because it's ab old unit.

The technician was great. He was professional, informative, and quick. I just thought it was a bit pricey. AC works great now!

We had to call for another tech to fix a simple issue that the first tech missed. He left the door to the unit loose and it came open, which caused it to stop.

Responded quickly to service inquiry and request for proposal. Very competitive pricing, and everyone was great to work with. Kept me smiling during hottest week of the summer so far. Highly recommend.
