We scheduled an appointment with JDL because our A/C wasn't cooling our house. After having a disappointing experience with another HVAC company in the Spring, I was so happy with JDL. Our technician, Brent, was super helpful and honest. Our repair was going to be pretty costly and, knowing the whole HVAC system was still relatively new, Brent suggested we reach out to the manufacturer and the company who installed the unit for the previous homeowners first to see if the repair would be covered under any warranties. He also told us he would make a note in our account to not charge us another booking fee in case the other companies couldn't help us and we wanted to call them to come back out. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely contact JDL again for future issues and recommend them to friends & family.

Mr. Yusuff from JDL was fantastic! He did a great job giving a detailed explanation of all his findings, recommended course of action, and summary of his results after completing the service. It was important to me to understand everything he was doing in order to make sound decisions on how to proceed, and his explanations were clear and concise. 100% recommend this company!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Removed old units and installed new AC unit, furnace and smart thermostat. Everyone from the booking assistant to the installation crew was great. Tech came same day, identified issue with different company's previous work and restored A/C to working order.

Air conditioning stopped working. They were quick, courteous and reasonably priced. The technician explained to me what we was going to do and how he would determine what the issue was. I will use them again if the need arises.
