I've had JDL accomplish two different work requests for me now. Both times they have been timely, communicated well, and afterwards my tenant sent me a message that she was impressed with the technician. I plan to continue using them!

JDL was on time and responded promptly to my problem. (air conditioner kept tripping the circuit breaker.). They were unable to diagnose the problem, and only cleaned the compressor and charged me $600. When the problem happened again later that day, they came out the next day and said the problem was a mismatch between the amperage of the compressor and the circuit, but that they did not do electrical work and could not help. I then called an electrician, who could not diagnose the problem but recommended an A/C technician. This guy, Bret Blizzard of Foley Sheet Metals, did diagnose the problem, repaired it, and charged me $275. Guess who I will call next time!

The team I had to fix my outside AC unit were awesome and very helpful. I am sure I bothered them with thousands of questions and they answered all of them.

They responded promptly to a request for an estimate but never sent the estimate. We called multiple times but have never received a response.

Had issues with the receptionist, she acted like she was doing me a favor.

The crew was very professional and got the job done within a day. They offered a finance plan that worked for me through an affiliate. Happy with the install and ending up getting a new hot water heater at the same visit.

Professional and honest opinion. Perfect for what I needed to have done. I wanted a clear assessment of the problem that I presented and learned that it had to do with the age of the system...but that it was working fine...for what it is!

Scheduling was quick. Technician that tested my HVAC arrived on time and was knowledgeable. The sales coordinator worked hard on a holiday weekend to get a part that needed to be replaced. Technician that replaced the part arrived on time, completed the work efficiently and was very professional. Overall, very satisfied with the service I received.

They were great. They did an amazing job. It was just a bit expensive but the quality of work was excellent.

Amber, the JDL customer service rep, was great. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and followed up as promised. The technician who installed the unit was outstanding. This company provided great service and did so quickly. We had two other companies to provide us quotes. However one was more of a sales pitch and the other had a technician come, but then would need to send someone us to look at the unit to give us a price quote. JDL sent a knowledgeable technician, gave us options and immediate price quotes for the options. I would absolutely recommend them.

When my ac unit went out they were prompt at a scheduling, next day, and the technician arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled four hour window. The repair was quick and the person that did it was knowledgeable and friendly. I will certainly keep them in mind for my future hvac needs.

Their customer service outstanding. I have not had a company this dedicated to their customers in a very long time. I left a message after hours around 9PM on a Saturday for a non-emergency service request, I was expecting a response on Monday or Tuesday. I had a response in less than 15 minutes, and a technician scheduled to be on site Monday afternoon.

I don't know about the value for the money, since I didn't have time to comparison shop.
