Your company installed a new AC in my daughter & Son-N-Law Issa & Sheneika Hurley in Bowie MD. So because of them my fiancé and decided to have your company do all the work at our home.

Extremely deceptive business. We called them for a heat pump issue and were charged $30 for a booking fee and another $89 for a consultation. Ire, the technician, came and barely took a look around. Instantly recommended that we fix the entire unit for $10k. We got a second opinion and the issue was easily fixed for 100. These folks are incredibly shady and are always trying to just sell you on a new system. AVOID AVOID AVOID

We needed to replace one of our HVAC units and we had a great experience. This is the second unit (we have a two-zone house) that JDL Replaced. Both times we had Carlos lead the work. He was friendly and courteous. He and Rudy did an excellent job with the work, cleaning up, and making sure the system worked properly before leaving. They put down cloth to protect our carpet and are where the unit is. We will continue using JDL Services for ongoing maintenance and other work like this in the house.

Armando and Sonny were amazing. We're a new, small business and needed a creative, affordable option for our healthcare practice. Armando took his time evaluating the site and talked us through all of our options. He even gave us instructions on how to fix the solution since we weren't able to use his services (building landlord issues involving necessary construction). He even showed me exactly what to buy online and talked me through the installation process. If our landlord relaxes restrictions in the future we will definitely be calling Armando again. Sometimes working with service providers can feel like a rip off but this was the complete opposite. I'd give 6 stars if I could!!! Thanks, Armando from Active Infusions!!

The team that came in to my home today was very professional and efficient. Justin,Carlos,Fernando,Rudy,Mike and Comrad came on time and was pleasant. I had alot of anxiety about strangers come in to my house by the end of their job I knew everyone's name. I had a brand new HVAC/AC system install in one work day. I will be recommending and coming back to this company for any possible business.

JDL replaced a defective propane furnace and did an excellent job. The new one is installed better than the original. JDL scheduled an inspection by the county inspector also said they did an excellent job. They were efficient, timely and friendly.

JDL helped in install a brand-new Carrier brand condenser unit and furnace, along with a Rheem hot water heater to replace an almost 30-year-old system at our house. The team at JDL was very professional and accommodating as we went through the proposal and estimate process. A big thank you to Amber for helping us through all that. We had a new heat pump system installed recently. We were pleased with every step of the process. Armando came to view our situation and explain our options, and the costs associated with them: he seemed extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Amber managed all of the communications around the estimate and the contract: she was friendly, upbeat, and responsive. Ire and his colleague did the installation: they were careful to keep things clean, they appeared to exact about the work, and Ire did a great job explaining the features of the machine and the work they did. It was confidence inspiring. I’m generally wary of contractors, and I found JDL very good to work with.

I had a great experience with JDL. They were able to come out the next day to repair my furnace. The technician, Ire, was very professional, easily diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs right away. He also demonstrated to me that the problem was fixed and made sure that I could perform basic maintenance going forward. I highly recommend JDL.

Everything went good. The mechanic Armando was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction and was very patient with me. His assistant was also very good and worked behind Armando and kept things clean. Also both Amber and Rianna were very helpful and timely in getting answers for me. When I called JDL they called right back with an answer. The ac system is working good and is a big improvement over my old system.

The issue was diagnosed swiftly and repaired. Xavier, walked me through everything he did and explained why. He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was the second time using this company, the first time for a heating issue. At that time, I also got great service from the gentleman that serviced my system. The are consistent with their great service and reasonable prices.

JDL came in with the best bid and did not try to push add-ons as other firms did. They came in quickly and took care of the job in one day. One problem arose that required an extra charge that I was resistant to initially, but they showed me what the problem was and understood that I had to go forward with the extra repair. To ease the pain, they gave me a very good deal and took care of the problem very quickly. They were a friendly, knowledgeable and professional firm. I hope I do not need extra work from them soon, but would be comfortable to call them again. The work was excellent, the materials were good, and the team was well coordinated.

The contractor was quick and super helpful. They showed me the work they did and it was great. I’m glad they came in and helped. I would definitely hire them again.

Isak was on time, courteous, professional, and he explained to me exactly was he was doing. He made the installation a smooth process. I will be calling for my future hvac needs!

Except for a glitch in communication as to when they were coming to install, things went very well.

They were very professional, timely and by the book with the estimate process. Their estimate was in the middle price-wise and the most professional of all three we received.

It went extremely well. This is an elite company to work with. Everyone I dealt with was an A+ personable knowledgeable professional from their customer service to their technicians. I give them the highest rating possible and I would definitely recommend them.

THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS TO UPSELL, NOT FIX SIMPLE PROBLEMS Our boiler went down and so we contacted a clearinghouse for quotes. JDL was the first to reach out and were able to come out same day to take a look. Technician showed up on time, and that’s the last positive thing I can say. The problem turned out to be a bad thermostat and a corroded terminal strip from a leak several years ago, which had subsequently caused a wire to snap loose. Armando, the tech claimed that this meant that the boiler was dead and was more than happy to quote me $13,800 for a combo boiler. He claimed that he couldn’t reattach the wire stating safety issues (totally bogus), and could only sell me a new boiler. So, I called my uncle who runs his own HVAC company in southern Maryland to ask him if all this was ********, I was able to reattach the wire and boiler fired up and the house has been cozy and warm. So thank you JDL for diagnosing the problem, but that’s it you greedy bastards! I will never use you again or recommend you to anyone. You are more interested in making money than actually fixing problems. I don’t know who you have been able to bamboozle, but you didn’t pluck this sucker off the vine.

Xavier did a terrific job. He was very thorough and he explained each step to me as he did it. I am very impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Because of the wonderful service that Xavier provided, I will continue to hire JDL for all my HVAC needs.

A five star shout out to Amber and Isak. I am out of state and last week, my elderly parent’s furnace stopped working. Amber and her team where quick to respond and provided same day service. COVID-19 protocol was definitely a concern but there is no need with JDL. They follow strict guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety. Isak was able to diagnose and fix the issue with parts on hand.
