Family owned and operated for nearly a century, we understand the value of our own reputation like very few others. Over the years, we've continued a tradition which goes deeper than quality work, advanced technology and superior service. Hawkins today is every bit as focused on customer service, and getting the job done right, as it was back in 1918. As technology advances, so do we. In fact, Hawkins' trains its staff regularly, and has always been quick to adapt to new ways of doing things. Description of Work: I called Hawkins a week earlier to schedule for an electrician to check my electrical wiring to the stove and was given a scheduled visit for Friday, August 28 between noon to 4 pm. I took the afternoon off from work and waited. After three hours of waiting, I decided to call the company to find out the status. To my dismay, I was told that my name is not on the list. I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: Brian was stellar in his work and professionalism. Customer service was fantastic. Only thing to note, even though you get a email from angies list saying they will contact you to setup the appointment, you will not. When I finally called Hawkins they said they have no way to even know you bought the deal and we are expected to call them. Otherwise it was excellent.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal from this company back in 2011. That electrical inspection turned out good and I was happy with what they did. They communicated with me by phone. They did a lot more work than what the deal was for and I paid about $5,000. They had to do some repairs and everything has been good ever since. They were expensive though.
