By far the worse service on my home i ever received. Very unprofessional from thr Director down to the staff. My fence was installed over my property line. They do not know how to read a survery. I would not recommend.

DRAGON SCALE FLOORING is very expensive. I expected highly professional service but was very disappointed that they showed up without the materials for the fence and when the materials did show up 5 hrs. later, they were still missing 2 posts so the job could not be completed that day. Spoke to their rep Andy to resolve these issues for a discount and he was very rude unprofessional. Will never use this company again or recommend them.

Flooring materials and work were very expensive. Given the cost, I expected highly professional service but was very disappointed. Sales rep was gruff and unfriendly (after I paid deposit). I had to have team back to fix installation issues. The issues were minor but the installation team lead insisted the issues were my fault (the unit was vacant....). Lastly, the sales receipt states 1 year work warranty and product manufacturer's warranty without specific terms. Per Dragon Scale, no warranty transfers to new owners. This is the only company involved in a complete home remodel that won't transfer a warranty. In fairness, I should not have selected a company that charged so much and provided no details on warranties.

The worker were on time and the quality of the service and product were Excellent!

Their responsiveness was amazing. They responded to my text and phone calls even after normal business hours. They even came to my work and dropped off some samples so I could look at them when I was not able to like come up with a time that was reasonable. They showed up on time.

It went well. It was good. There was a mix-up in the initial order. They cleaned up after themselves. When they came to the house, they were very professional at the house, left the samples and gave us good feedback on types of flooring and things like that. So they were very helpful in making the decision.

It was an amazing experience. They went out of their way for me, even meeting me at my place of work to drop off samples when my schedule got hectic. They did a beautiful job with the installation, were always easy to get in touch with and cost half as much as another major flooring company. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me with unnecessary frills.

Great company. Good workmanship. Great customer service, a light bulb got smashed and David replaced and cleaned up any mess. They even hired professional cleaners to come through when all the work had been finished to clean the dust and the floors. I looks amazing. Very easy to work with. Came out for the estimate on time and had it to us within 24 hours. Once the work began it went very fast and pretty smoothly. They were finished in 12 days and it was a huge job!~

Applied epoxy flooring to our two car garage They came out to give an estimate and arrived on time. Jim explained the entire process and told us about the company. We had two other companies come to give us an estimate. We were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the chemicals to be used. We scheduled Red Rhino to do the work. Rob and Andrew arrived on time. The work was done efficiently. The end result was excellent. The quality of the workmanship was evident. We were called at the end of each day to make sure that we were happy with the work being done. And we were assured that if we have any concerns that they were available to answer any questions. We have no concerns. Our garage floor is beautiful!
