+ -1 moreDanny Burris is the owner and principal of Distinct Home Improvements. He was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He was punctual and professional when he arrived at our home to review the work we wanted. He provided us with a detailed written estimate. There was no pressure to commit to do the work. When we were ready, we contacted him to meet again to sign the contract and give him a downpayment. Danny also provided us with a document to cancel the contract within 72 hours,in case we changed our decision. He arrived on time on the date the work was scheduled, reviewed the projects again, and started work immediately. He worked steadily each day and completed each project on time. Danny pays attention to detail and does meticulous work. It's obvious that he enjoys what he does. He also made occasional suggestions at appropriate times to help with decisions or the timing of the work. He did not ask for the final payment until all the work was done and we were satisfied. We were completely satisfied and did not have any unfinished items or complaints. We have 3 more projects to do in the near future, and Danny will be our contractor on each of them. We highly recommend Danny Burris to anyone considering this type of home improvement.
Description of Work: Distinct Home Improvements replaced the flooring in our kitchen, and remodeled 3 bathrooms. In the powder room, they replaced the toilet, sink, faucet, light fixture and flooring, and installed wainscoting. In the master bathroom and the hall bathroom, they replaced the flooring, cabinets, sinks, toilets, faucets, light fixtures, and bathtub faucets and shower heads. They did not replace the bathtubs or wall tiles, as they were in good condition. Their cost represented labor only, all materials were purchased and supplied by us.
