+ -1 moreWe had to wait a long time for the Gas Co. to install the line but once that was completed they completed the project. They do not have their own plumber so we have had to wait to have the gas line hooked up in the house. Since we are using the air, getting that done right away was not a priority for us. We added several steps along the way and they were very cooperative. Ken inspected the crew's work and redid one small part that he was not satisfied with. They even put our old air conditioner in at our son's home for a reasonable labor charge. They are a small company and may not be able to do the work as quickly as a larger one would but we were VERY satisfied with the outcome.
Description of Work: Ken and crew removed our old oil system, including the tank, then installed a new gas furnace, air conditioner and thermostat.

Description of Work: I contacted this company after receiving several estimates from local companies. Because the building my condo is in is very old, and the air conditioner was as old, I had difficulty locating a company that could replace the old unit. Capitol cooling, INC was the only company who was able to assist me! The unit had to be ordered, which only took several weeks to obtain, once obtained, the complany was prompt to install, very professional. when issues did occur, the company staff was very quick to remedy the problem. Very good service.
