I called this company upon the recommendation of a neighbor. Vince answered the phone and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He straightforwardly said that he does not do these jobs any more because they are complicated and expensive. He explained to me in detail what was involved and what I should look out for when calling out chimney companies. He answered my many questions with patience and knowledge. All in all, he struck me as a guy who knew his trade and wanted to inform consumers rather just sell something to them. I couldn't use him for this job, but I will call him back when I need a chimney sweep.

It was an excellent experience. They were very respectful of the property and my home. They were very responsive. I did have to book a couple of weeks of in advance. The pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of time he spent.

He was very professional and does quality work. The existing chimney has been standing for approximately 2 decades. He mixed mortor to very closely match the existing mortor. If you didn't know it had been repaired you would never even notice it.

It went very well. The job looks well done and I have no leaks so I assume it was done properly. Vincent Bryant explained everything before doing the job about what he was planning to do and he also sat down after the job to explain how things went. I would hire him again. His price was half of all the other estimates I had.

Trememndous. Very knowledgeable and came across as very sincere and honets. Was open about some scams that occur within the industry. Very clean. Had the vac's and tarps to protect my household while cleaning. Went onto the roof and insected the cap, etc.
