Description of Work: Replaced the internal workings (?) of our HVAC handler. My complaint was not with the technicians who did the work. Rather, I feel the system we were sold has not been very reliable. We have had too much work done on a less than 2-year old system. The part was under warranty but we had to pay a hefty labor cost.

Description of Work: We've had them out twise. Once in May, 2013 for A/C check and was so impressed we had Rob come again in September, 2013 to check the heating. Very friendly, professional and all around nice guy. No problems since. Will call in the future, if needed.

Description of Work: They have installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit and they have done maintenance since then. Their work was good but I’ve had some problems with the maintenance contract. Even though I pay for the contract, I still have to pay each time they come out.
