This is a 16 year old system that could not keep up with recent storms. James diagnosed where the shortcuts had been made in the original design (drains going to places where water can't get to pipes, cheap plastic pumps, etc). He provided recommendations on how to fix and did the work in a couple of hours. He also provided info on how to maintain the new system. I think I can quit worrying that my basement and garage will flood every time it rains. We've had James do other work on our plumbing and have always been extremely satisfied.

Their first estimate was significantly higher than the others I received, but they discounted the price by several thousand dollars because I scheduled the work to be completed in the winter. The installers arrived promptly every day, were very organized and finished ahead of schedule. They consulted with me frequently and explained every step of the process. They thoroughly cleaned up every evening - no easy task with all that plaster dust. Overall, the installation was a pleasant experience. The one problem I had with the company was getting them to schedule the work. I had to call them repeatedly before the installation manager finally gave me a start date during a time when I had told him that I would be out of town, and then tried to give me an ultimatum that that was the only date possible.

Very unprofessional service - from the representative to the diagnosis. ARS wanted to charge me over $600 to fix a part that the manufacturer told me wasn't the problem. I decided to get an estimate from someone else. Instead of having the work done by ARS, I called Rotor Rooter. They, on the advice of the water heater manufacturer, cleaned and took away debris from a different location on tank. Problem fixed! Charge: $100. I thank GOD I choose to have the work done by someone else. UPDATED: Yes, Mr. Hunt tracked me down (I had moved since the incident). He apologized and refunded the service charge. I was pleasantly pleased (and surprised)! He was wonderful...

I THINK THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE MAN CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER HIMSELF. IT WAS REPLACED AND WORKING AGAIN IN NO TIME. I FEEL THAT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT.

I THINK THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORM IS GOOD. AND THEY COME TO ALL OF THE SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY, I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY AND I HAVE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE EACH AND EVERY TIME. I HAVE HAD THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES SENT AND EACH ONE HAS BEEN VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I LIKED THIS COMPANY. THEY EXPLAINED ALL OF MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONS TO ME, BUT DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO PURCHASE ANY PARTICULAR SYSTEM.

THEY HAVE BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE AN EVALUATION FEE OF ABOUT 75 DOLLARS AND I HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THAT, BUT OUTSIDE OF THAT THE FELLOW THAT DOES THE WORK IS VERY GOOD.

THIS IS A VERY POPULAR COMPANY AND THEY ARE WONDERFUL. CALL THEM EARLY TO SCHEDULE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AS THEY FILL THEIR BOOKINGS FAST. IN AN EMERGENCY, THEY COME RIGHT OUT.

I USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY CLEANING AND SEASONAL INSPECTION OF MY UNIT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THIS COMPANY GAVE ME AND I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

AMERICAN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES WAS EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. THE TECHNICIAN WAS HONEST AND QUICK. THEY PERFORMED A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION BEFORE MAKING ANY UNNECESSARY HOLES IN MY PLASTER. A FIRST CLASS JOB!

COMPANY WAS EFFICIENT AND CAME AT APPOINTED TIME. WORK WAS DONE NEATLY AND AS DESCRIBED. INSTALLER WAS PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN THE REPLACEMENT JOB.

ARS DOES HIGH QUALITY PLUMBING WORK. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL TO WORK NEATLY WHEN THEY HAVE TO CUT INTO THE WALL AROUND A PIPE. I PARTICULARLY APPRECIATED THE RECOMMENDATION ON THIS LAST JOB TO REPLACE THE HOSES THEMSELVES TO REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF FURTHER LEAKS.
