Description of Work: Twice they came out and went to our neighbors pool instead of ours. Once they left chemicals at their pool. They broke the handle on the filter and then blamed it on us. When the scrubbed the pool you could see streaks on the walls of the pool where they missed the dirt. We fired them mid-summer.

+ -1 moreThey are ok as long as nothing goes wrong. I once had a skimmer that would not draw and it should have been caught at the opening of the pool for the season. I had to have them come back out to check this and they could not explain the problem. I was charged $100 for the "extra" visit even though it was fruitless. That should have been a quality check of the initial service. I read the pool manual myself and fixed it with a simple adjustment. Once one of my pipes split over the winter indicating trapped water but they did not take responsibility. They said maybe a tree branch fell on it, no trees that could do that nearby. Office was very rude besides incompetent. Repairs are sloppy: glue and stain dripped on system with no clean up. Steer clear.

+ -1 moreGreat experience. They arrived on time and on the day when the appointment was set. The job was performed well and in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and put all of the diving board and other parts in our shed. They also brought the cover (which is quite heavy) from our shed. We had to do absolutely nothing. Would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Closed and winterized pool, including draining and blowing out pipes, removing diving board, and installing pool cover.
