Extremely well. All we had to do was tell him what we wanted and he designed it. He was extremely innovative in suggesting some niceties that we hadn't even considered. However, he made every effort to keep costs very reasonable.

After I called to inquire about installing a transfer switch, Alex responded quickly and came out to the house to discuss the project. He spent over an hour discussing options for the transfer switch and power inlet. I took a few days to think over my options, and after I decided on what I wanted, I talked to Alex and he advised that I buy the switch and inlet box I wanted. Once the items arrived, I called him and scheduled the install. Alex showed up on time and spent about 5 hours mounting the transfer switch (a challenging task due to the concrete basement wall), attaching the switch to my electrical panel, mounting the power inlet box on the outside of the house, and running the wiring from the switch to the inlet box. We then completely tested the installation by shutting off the utility power to the house, starting and connecting the generator, and making sure all the circuits going through the transfer switch worked properly. Alex did an excellent job, was very professional and friendly throughout, and gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely call on him again when I have electrical needs.
