They arrived on time.

Very pleased with the service. They contacted me right away as soon as they opened. They were able to stop by in the afternoon to evaluate the system issue. This was on a Saturday. They attempted to fix the issue. They realized there was one more piece they had to replace that they didn't have on them. They ordered on Tuesday, and came by on Wednesday and since then, system works great! So glad I don't have to replace the system. I also thought it was easy to get in touch with them. If they couldn't be reached by phone, they were easy to reach by text, and usually got back to you within 30 minutes. I'll be reaching out to them again if I have any issues.

This guy took the service charge of $85 from me and told me he will bring the parts but did not return and do not answer my phone again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They worked above and beyond with Choice Home Warranty (who was very difficult to work with) and made them realize the previous assessment was wrong and got the work authorized.

My air conditioning uni broke down during the heat wave (Wednesday, July 15th). I had no air for 4 days. Addis HVAC called me immediately after I requested service on Home Advisor (that was Thursday). The appointment was on a Friday, the price was right so we scheduled the installation to replace my HVAC system for Saturday. Adugna and his crew arrived promply Saturday morning, replaced my system and I had air by Saturday evening. Excellent service, the crew wore masks, gloves and foot coverings. I highly recommend this company.

Sorely disappointed. The guy, Abera, came out initially, although very late. He said that the reason I had water in my air handler pan is because of the brand name of the system. He never came back to fix the issue even though I called and texted and he said he would. He is unreliable and borderline incompetent. I had another company come out and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it properly, and on time. I would definitely not recommend this company..

We initially had them come to repair our HVAC system in the summer. They came out and said it had to be replaced. They completely replaced the system. Now in the winter time, my system was not getting hot enough. We tried to contact them several times and we just keep getting put off. I have texted and called and they say they would come by but then not show up. We had to contact another company to see what is the problem. We are currently waiting to see what the issue is.

I will hire them again. Professional respect time and property. explain the problem tell you the solution with out been pouche.

Amazing job! I was told by another contractor I needed a new fan motor and it would be $650, I called Addis and they came out and found it wasn't actually the motor itself, replaced the correct part in and out in 30 mins and saved me hundreds!

He did a great job servicing my air conditioner.

Aberra was terrific and definitely knows what he is doing. I had three other technician out to help repair my unit and they had no clue on how to troubleshoot my problem. Aberra was very prompt and stayed late to make sure that the problem was truly resolved.

The technician was very pleasant, well acknowledgable and took his time step by step to explain what he was doing. He checked the entire unit inside and outside to make sure everything working properly.

Abera Jober was wonderful. The service was prompt and he was very friendly. My AC stopped working sometime in the night, and we realized as the next day got hotter. He answered my first call on that Saturday, about 11:45AM, and had me text him my information because he was at another customer's site. He arrived around 1PM and diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes (not the AC, but the blower relay on the furnace controller board, so the blower wasn't turning on). He believed he had a replacement controller in stock for my furnace, but even had a back up plan if not to wire a separate relay controller just to the blower which would get us up and running and tide us over (we certainly didn't need the furnace in the middle of summer). And even if he didn't have one in stock, he would have obtained one first thing Monday. But in fact he did have one! He let me know within a few hours of diagnosing the issue. By 5:30PM the same day, the blower was back up and running and we had AC. He checked the blower start capacitor and found that it was getting old, measuring below rated capacitance, and recommended replacing it, so I had him do that as well (he had a new one with him). He also checked the compressor and start capacitor outside and didn't find any issues.

A/C went out on 90 degree Friday before holiday weekend. Called a couple companies recommended to me - one not taking new customers, one booked two weeks out. Went on Home Advisor and got a call from Addis within 10 minutes, arrived within an hour. Technician was very communicative about what was needed immediately to get unit working again (two things) and recommendations for future. His advice seemed straightforward and honest, he completed the work quickly and provided a detailed written description of completed work and future recommendations which is helpful as we have a fairly old unit and it helps us to think about whether we should repair or replace.

My air conditioning was fixed in less than an hour from when I put in the request on HomeAdvisor. Addis came when he said he would and fixed the a/c within the hour. Very, very pleased with the service.

I would recommend, great customer service. Addis went out to home to fix AC yhe same day.
