+ 0 moreThe work was completed within 3 weeks. Each day, the men worked long hours and did beautiful work. Care was taken to do an excellent job. After they installed the dry wall, they went through a multi-step finishing process to ensure the walls were smooth and looked perfect once the last coat of paint was applied. Two examples of “above and beyond” effort are that Armando (owner/supervisor) took extra time to carefully match stain color for trim molding he installed around an existing finished bar and cabinet area. In addition, he added extra carpentry detail to an ordinary(owner’s preference) stairway handrail to make it look great. Armando is a craftsman and expresses excitement and real interest in the work he performs. He will work with you to make your dream renovation.
Description of Work: Demolished and disposed of 1960’s drop ceiling, fluorescent lighting and wood panel walls. Applied water proofing sealant on cinderblock, exterior walls. Replaced older PVC pipe for sump pump drainage. Insulated walls and ceiling. Framed for and erected mold resistant dry wall, including frames for two new doors. Installed 12 recessed lights in ceiling. Primed and painted walls. Installed baseboards heater and new doors.
