First class service from Sanders Home Improvement. Gerald (our technician) arrived early for the scheduled appointment. He called to let me know that he was on-site & ready whenever I was. He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Gerald even went way beyond the call of duty when, due to my ordering error, the waste disposal did not fit. He went to the local Lowes to purchase the correct unit and had it fitted in no time, together with a new power socket. He showed me that all was fitted & working correctly and left everything clean and tidy. I will certainly be using Sanders again. Highly recommended.

It went great. Mr. Sanders spent awhile investigating the toilet on the first visit before deeming it needed replaced. He gave us advice about to look for in a toilet before leaving us to determine what we wanted. We bought a toilet and scheduled him to come back a week later to replace the toilet for a nominal extra fee. In the process, he repaired a dumb mistake the previous home owner had done when remodeling the bathroom. Overall our service was great and we will certainly seek him again in the future.

My entire customer experience was superb. Mr. Sanders performed all of the work as promised and on schedule. He ensured the work area was kept reasonably clean on a daily basis and took every precaution to minimize dust from the construction. As the scope of my project evolved during his work, he was flexible with incorporating my changes and cost increases were minimal. I highly recommend Sanders Home Improvement to anyone.
