+ -1 moreI called Aire Serve on the morning of June 16, 2015 to request air conditioning service. The air went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Most providers were swamped. Finally, Aire Serve said they could come out that day between 3-5. What a relief or so I thought. They called at about 3:15 to confirm my address. I asked if they were on the way and she said they were held up on another job but would be there soon. I called them again at around 5:15 as I was about to leave the office to see if they were on the way. She said they were still busy but would definitely be out that evening. I reached home at about 6:30 and they never came and never called. The next morning (today) I found a great service who came out first thing in the morning, fixed the problem and all is well. Real professionals and did not waste my time like Aire Serve did.

+ -1 moreCalled the company the week before regarding a Home Inspection issue with my heat pump which needed serviced and cleaned, the gentlement I spoke with was for very quick to schedule my appointment. They came out inspected my heat pump and said it was too old and if it needed parts they would not be able to order them, so they didn't do any work. I called the company and they explained that they didn't want to be responsible for the job. The End. But all the representatives of the company were very informative, courteous and polite
