Communication could have been a little better, but we were informed of when the team would show up and what their expected end time for the days were. They cleaned up all of the messy lines and drips left by whoever had painted the house before we moved in, and everything looks great!

It was 3-1/2 days in which we watched as they demolished and refurbished a very ugly bathroom into our show-piece. The gentlemen were efficient and knowledgeable and kept us informed all along the way. KUDOS to Zamora's Construction

The whole family is about providing excellent service. They did what they said the would do, when they said they would do it. They had great suggestions that made all the difference. I had painters in the past not remove outlet covers and other small things that let you know they are really not professional, not this time. I will always call Mr. Zamora first, has a customer for life!

+ 5 moreThe work went great. Everyone showed up when expected and they were always in communication with me if the was any delay due to an unexpected issue. On any given day there would be between two to six crew here and they are all very hard working. Each is very responsible and did wonderful work. I really have no complaint at all. I even was comfortable with leaving them if I needed to run errands for an hour or two. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks to Sergio, his sons Armando and Christian and to everyone else on their team. It helped so much to know I could depend on all of you. ---Steve C.
Description of Work: I am preparing my home for sale and I needed a large amount of work done. I had hired Sergio Zamora and his team in June (see earlier review) and was very happy with their work, skill and price. This time when I hired them I needed primarily interior work done. Note that this was while I was trying to clean out my house from a period of hoarding during COVID so this was not an easy thing to work around but they did it. The work I hired them to do was: 1. Paint the entire interior of my 3B / 1 & 1/2 bath home including all walls, ceilings and trim. The only area not needing painting were closets. 2. About 14 hours of plumbing including work on the bathtub and main bathroom drain, kitchen sink and garbage disposal, work on the dishwasher plus the utility sink in the laundry room as well as the clothes washer itself. Some of these issues were due to the fact that my house was built in 1956 so the plumbing can be difficult. Some new pipes had to be installed and everything had to be cleared out of the older pipes. I had let things go for too long in having them repaired. 3. Removal of a great deal of trash that had accumulated in my house and put into a rented dumpster. 4. Re-grouting and re-caulking of bathtub/shower. 5. Removal of wall-to-wall carpet in dining room and installation of new vinyl wood flooring. 6. In the laundry room, removal of original tile and installation of new vinyl tile and also installation of a plywood wall along one side to replace an old, eyesore wall. 7. Installation of new kitchen cabinets and also new shelving in pantry area. 8. Some carprentry to even out a couple of exterior doors so they would open and close smoothly. I also needed a new front door handle and lock installed. I believe this covers pretty much everything they did. It was so much it's hard to remember it all.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job painting the walls. I would suggest using painter tape so that there is no paint bleeding on trims and door frames. After requesting that they return to re-do, they did and re-painted the trim and door frames. Everything looks good now. Also don't argue with the customer.
