It went very well. We didn't have any problems, everything is working well.

The installers showed up on time, and got to work right away. The whole process took quicker than I anticipated, and they cleaned up the debris from my old gutters very well. I receievd a follow up call as to my satisfaction shortly after installation, which most companies do not do. We are very happy with our new gutters and dont have to worry about damage done to our home after another harsh winter!

Plus they have a double lifetime warranty that sets me at ease. I recommend these gutters to anyone, there great.

Our installation day went by smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves well. The customer service dept kept us informed about the progress of the job and were very friendly. We absolutely love our windows! They look great and our energy bills are lower.

They repaired the damage and I'm very happy with the door, the craftsmanship and the price.

He was very high pressure with the sales presentation. He took all the paper work with him which I thought was strange. He seemed angry that I explained I would need other estimates. I compliment him on his knowledge of the product, but I explained I need to do more research and he was not happy with that.

They look great and our heavily wooded home is no longer an issue with the new gutters. I used to have clogged gutters often. The gutters look clean, bold, and the job was completed in one day with no problems. Also, I am pleased with the quality since I can?t see any wear and tear on the gutters after all of the snow.?

The main reason why I chose this company was because of their double lifetime warranty, for as long as I own the house and the person who owns the house after me. The gutters will not pull away from the house and will not clog. If there are any problems, the company would be responsible for fixing the issue. I did not shop around to get the best price, and I am sure I paid a lot for the gutters, but I think in the long run it will be worth it. The only issue, as others have mentioned, that you have to negotiate for a lower price. However, each person that I interacted with was very professional. I would definitely use this company again for other improvements for my home.

They are the strongest most durable gutters?the way that they survived all of the snow that we received last year. My old gutters would have collected the snow and fell apart.

I called on Monday 9/13 to get an estimate from Thompson Creek for window replacements. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday 9/15. They called me today to confirm the appointment and asked if all home-owners would be at the appointment. I told them that the homeowner making the decision would be at the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me that they looked at some database and saw that my husband was also a homeowner and asked if he'd be there. I told them no. They then asked if they could schedule another time when both my husband and I would be there. Again, I told them no and if that was their requirement, to cancel the appointment. At this point the representative attempted to find another way to ask if my husband could attend the meeting and the only way I could get off the phone was by raising my voice and then hanging up It was definitely the "pushy salesperson" experience and has made me re-think going to window companies for the install and just finding a contractor that does window replacements and finding the windows myself.

The whole experience with Thompson Creek was excellent. While the initial quoted price seemed high, after some discussion and application of discounts, the final quoted price was very comparable to other estimates we received. The morning of our installation, four men showed up about 8:30 and the job was completed by about 6:30. Each of the four clearly knew their part of the job and started to work immediately. They were all very professional and polite. The first thing they did was lay dropcloths on the stairs and in front of all of the windows. The actual removal and replacement of the windows went very quickly - all 22 windows were done in 3-4 hours. The majority of the labor was in the trim and "finishing" work. Before they left, the lead for our installation walked around both the inside and the outside of the house with us to make sure we were satisfied as well as giving us a refresher tutorial on how to work the windows. EVERYTHING was cleaned up to as good or better than it was before they got here.

A crew of 8 men showed up at 8am and worked until all windows were replaced. The guys worked neatly and efficiently. The crew could not have been better. the salesman was good too, he didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and made good suggestions. Their follow up was good also. I also went to their manufacturing plant in Landover and could see the windows were well made. The windows have made a huge difference in the comfort of the house, especially this past winter. The previous cheap things installed by the builder were cheap and and you could feel the drafts all through the house. There are no drafts with these windows. I suggested them to friend for gutters and he was equally as happy.

Everything went fine. I had no problems with them. They were very professional. They did their work and cleaned up after they left. They were on time and I didn't have to wait beyond the quoted time. I would use them again.

Everyone I worked with was super helpful and friendly. It is a family owned business, and it seemed as though customer service meant alot to them. I think what also sold me was the double lifetime warranty of the windows, and the peace of mind I have knowing that if anything were ever to go wrong, Thompson Creek would step up to the plate, which is refreshing nowadays. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

My whole experience was so relaxing and pleasant. No pressure. The salesman came and completely explained the windows I wanted. He came and gave me the details of the job( Cost,time line). When the installers came they were so professional and did a wonderful job leaving no mess at all.

they were very responsive from the first time that i called them. but here is the problem...they DID NOT STOP CALLING! even after my husband and i went with a different window company and told them that we were not using them--they continued to call myself AND my husband EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE PAST MONTH. i wasn't even going to give them a rating here, but i just got off the phone with them again, and the woman even admitted to me that she knew we were no longer interested in their services, but she wanted to tell me what they could offer us. where was the confusion?!!! my husband and i BOTH told them on two different occassions were weren't going to use them and we weren't interested. i have no idea what their actual ability to install windows is, but their professionalism is completely inappropriate--it is wrong to waste my husband and my time calling EVERY SINGLE DAY (and i'm not even exaggerating) to ask about windows after you've been told no. i know we're not the only people to ever have this problem with thompson creek--i guess that's what we get for getting an estimate from a 'big name' company...but it really annoyed me (as i'm sure you can tell) that they didn't leave us alone. it's just wrong. i would suggest going with a smaller company--there are a bunch of good ones here on angie's list (we decided to go with creative windows). renovations and repairs to you house are stressful enough without having to deal with creepsters hasseling you everyday. that's my two cents.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful during the initial meeting. The rep who handles the official measurements was ontime and fast. The coordination group kept me informed of the status of my order and all times mentioned were met or earlier. The day of install, the team worked professionally and efficiently. They were respectful of our home and our yard. This was our 2nd time using Thompson Creek and when the time comes that we buy a retirement home, we will use them again!

The entire experience from the phone call I made to get a free estimate until the actual install was fabulous. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, the customer service department kept me updated on the status of my product and the installers were the best I've had the pleasure of working with. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous. They did an incredible job working around my bushes and flower beds. They even went the extra mile by covering my white carpet. I couldn't be more please with my new windows and sliding glass door.

I contacted company through their own website, which requires you to give your email address. In the comments, I requested to be contacted by email, as I am very difficult to reach by phone. The company never emailed, but did call at least four times. I eventually had to write again to ask them to stop calling, and explaining why they would never get my business. If they cannot follow such a basic direction as email (and if it's so hard for them, why require an email on the web form?), why do I think they'd do what I want when installing windows?

Work was done on the day specified and all materials were cleaned up afterwards.

I called Thompson Creek for a quote on a new front entry door. They had a salesperson out the next day to take measurements and explain all my different choices. The door was installed shortly there after. I get alot of compliments on the appearance and the quality is also great.

From the time of the estaimate to the installation everything was done as promised and planned. They even called and followed up to make sure everthing was working as I expectaed and if I had any questions. Everything is still pertect

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The job took less time than expected and the workers were very efficient, answering all questions and explaining as they went along. My siding looks great and they have lots of color options to choose from. The gutters hold up great in the rain, and I dont have to clean them anymore! I am thinking about replacing some windows and I will definitely use Thompson Creek for those too.

No big story here, just EXCELLENT!!!!

Negotiated a price and install spec's. Met with person who confirmed specs prior to actual custom cuts. Set up an install date. Everything went as planned. No addtional costs or surprises. Love the new closet systems.
