The salesman was new and had his coach with him. They were both very nice and professional. We had had one other estimate that was somewhat higher. The Thompson Creek gutters were a lower price and had a transferable warranty so we chose them. The install was seamless. Thompson Creek functions like a well oiled machine, not a glitch, not a misstep. We had reminder calls (very helpful for me) The installers came when they said they would and worked efficiently. The gutters were up and no mess left behind. Someone stopped back to check on the work. We had a call to make sure that we were entirely satisfied. A very efficient and business like company. Three cheers!. Wish all contractors were like this. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We've had been thinking about our old gutters and the problems cleaning and talked with several friends about replacements. Based on their experience we looked at Angie's and confirmed that Thompson Creek had an excellent reputation so we gave them a try for a complete replacement of our 25 year old gutters. From the sales through the installers, they were professional every step of the way keeping us informed of the schedule and answering any of our questions. All the fabricators and installers were excellent, arriving when they said completing their work and then cleaning up after. My wife was particularly impressed with the supervisor who came by during and after installations to check the progress and answer any of her questions. Gutters have performed flawlessly. Overall an excellent experience and couldn't be happier with the result. Recommend them without reservation and will consider them for future work.

Excellent. This is the second time we've used Thompson Creek (as we did our window replacements in two-phases, but have now replaced all windows in our home). In both cases, they were prompt, efficient, professional and polite. The team did an excellent job and also prepared their workspace carefully so as to protect the surrounding areas and also cleaned up thoroughly after the work was complete. And we love our new windows; I'm sure it has improved the value of our home, and makes it just nicer being in it. We expect to see real savings on our heating and air conditioning bills as well.

When they installed the gutters they gave us a military discount. We have a large house where the roof is around 60 feet up and it took them about three days to complete the installation of the gutters. We recently called them because one of the gutters was not draining. They responded to our call right away and came out to fix the issue. This issue came up four years after the installation and they stood behind their work and did an excellent job.

They came on time and installed the windows without any problems. The installers were very professional and polite. We are very happy with the results and tell everyone to use Thompson Creek Window Company!!!

The whole process from beginning to end was super easy and without complications. From making my initial appointment, it was obvious that the company pushes customer service by keeping me in the loop the entire time. Their office confirmed the appointment and the sales rep was very punctual. Surprisingly, the installation happened in one day. And taking out my old windows made a ton of trash, but the install crew were all very neat and took everything away. I recently had a problem with one of the window locks and the service dept sent out a rep the next day. Love that. And now that I have had the windows for a few months, I am amazed how quiet they make my home. I never hear the thunderstorms at night or cars driving down the road. Overall a great experience.

The team arrived a little earlier then scheduled which was perfect. We went over the job requirements/expectations. The team then reviewed the windows to be replaced and then placed drop cloths on my floors to protect the wood, tile, and carpeted surfaces. All old windows were removed and the new windows were installed. The work area and newly installed windows were thoroughly cleaned. I was given the opportunity to review all work and to ask the team any questions before they departed. All debris from the job was removed by the team. During the installation process a manager did come to the site to review the team's progress and to provide his contact information should I have any questions for him during or after the installation of the windows.

I will preface all of this by saying that this was the 2nd time we used Thompson Creek. In January of 2011 they replaced every window in our house and our front door in one day and with 100% satisfaction and no follow-up service calls. This year, they replaced a double set of side-by-side French doors and transoms in our family room. I have to add that I was recovering from surgery and was confined upstairs and unable to check the work as it progressed. They finished, were paid, and left. Sadly, I went downstairs I found that the left door set was a good 1 3/4" lower than the right set. I took a picture and immediately e-mailed Thompson Creek. They called me back right away and told me that a supervisor would be out the next day to inspect the job. The supervisor came, was as equally appalled as I was with the outcome, and called to reschedule a corrective re-do of the project. He could not have been more apologetic for the unacceptable outcome or more reassuring about it could and would be corrected. The re-do occurred within 3-4 days and the final outcome was perfect. What I want to emphasis in this review is that Thompson Creek is simply the best company to use for windows and doors. They are a local company. Their windows sell themselves and you cannot beat the workmanship and guarantee. Their sales staff are as talented as their installers. They know their product inside and out and are very persuasive in steering potential customers toward a contract. And when that salesman says that Thompson Creek stands behind their products and wants customers to be 100% satisfied, it is not just a sales line, it is the absolute truth. They strive for perfection in everything (and they achieve it 9 times out of 10). When that 10th time turns out not to be perfect, they are committed to correcting the deficiency so that it is perfect and so that the customer is happy. Other companies should take lessons on customer satisfaction from Thompson Creek. We have 2 other doors leading in/out of our garage and will replace those. When we are ready, there is only 1 company we are calling -- Thompson Creek.

It went well as this is my second house and second time replacing windows with Thompson Creek. I would also recommend them for gutter replacement. Thompson Creek staff was very perfessional, on time and delievered what was promised. I will be using them again to replace the remaining windows in my new home.

My only problem was with our Homeowner's Association. It's a good thing that Thompson Creek insisted that I get approval before the door was ordered. The HOA had changed its rules regarding door colors, and so they didn't approve my request. Thompson Creek was very patient and helpful as I chose a different color, and changed accessories to go with the new color. They responded quickly to my questions, which is more than I can say for the HOA. (The HOA didn't even inform me of the disapproval until I contacted them, and then I had to keep reminding them that I was waiting for their decision on my new request.) It was 2 months from the time I originally submitted my request before I could tell Thompson Creek to go ahead. The installation went very smoothly. The installers were prompt and very professional. I am pleased with the quality of the doors. Thompson Creek made a frustrating process much easier for me thanks to their patience and assistance.

.I never talk to door to door salesman ,however the polite young man caught me on a good day when I was working on the garden. I decided to allow an estimate to be scheduled since I know several families who were very happy with the quality of Thomson Creek. He assured me that if I allowed an estimator to come to the house, there would be no pressure and a price quote would be given and I would have time to consider the estimate before making a decision. He even gave me a discount card for an additional 5% off just for talking to him. The estimator came at a mutually agreed time . I was told to allocate 90 minutes. It took him over 3 hours to get to the point of telling me how much the windows cost. He kept talking about how great the company was to work for , and even about his war wounds from the Middle East. I just wanted him to give me a price and leave !! Well he gave me 3 different prices, todays price, tomorrows price , and the price at the end of the month. I hate high pressure sales, and told him we were not interested since I was assured there would be no high pressure tactics at the appointment and i had already wasted almost 4 hours by this point. He told me the young gentleman that came to the door had the wrong information and they always give a better price if you sign a contract that night. Oh, and the extra 5% discount on the card from the salesman was also a ploy- he didnt honor that either. Magically he came up with a 4th price when we told him to leave. Having bought windows before , I knew this 4th price was really a great deal for the quality of the product and we did decide to move forward with the project . Once we got past the hard sell ,everything else was great. A measurer came a few days later, he was excellent. The project manager assigned to us called several times to keep us updated on the project and the time line. We were able to make changes to the initial order when the measurer came out , so that was nice.The windows were installed by a very professional crew with multiple supervisors stopping by to make sure we were completely satisfied and to answer any questions. There were at times 10 men working on the house so that they could get it done in one day. They windows look great and we are pleased with the quality. Everything about about the company, except for the salesman was top notch.

How'd it go? Simply-wonderful. From the 1st step of getting a quote (which was very competitive), warranties, options, to install. I had to delay the installation for several weeks due to jury duty, and TCW were very flexible and patient with the install. Once we settled on a date, TCW installers were very punctual, professional and clean. They did a great job removing my old patio door and hauling it away. The install was very quick, as patio door instals go. The installers added extra insulation where needed, caulked, "tweaked" the door, and answered any questions that I had. There was even a regional installation manager who stopped by during the install just to see how it was going and if I had any issues-which i didn't. I will not hesitate, which I told to the regional mgr. who dropped by, to call TCW first when I am ready for new windows. Thank you Thompson Creek Window Co.!

They showed up on time and replaced the weather stripping quickly. They also repaired one of the pieces that hold the glass in the storm door. Their technician was extremely knowledgeable and theres was no cost to us for the service call. Thompson Creek installed our new windows and doors about 2 1/2 years ago and we've been very please with them. Our heating and air conditioning bills have been approximately $150-$200 less since we had the doors and windows installed.

Crew showed up ontime. Briefed us on process for the morning. Examined all windows they brought and confirmed all measurements before removing old windows. Answered all our questions when asked and never felt rushed. Crew diligently removed old windows, being careful to minimize damage to internal moulding/trim. Seamlessly started the install process. I remain amazed the amount of caulk and spary foam insulation used on each window! Began the outside trim process. Each crew member used a speed square to mark all cuts on outside trim and leveled each window. Again, all joints were caulked. The operation of all windows was demonstrated and confirmed. The office also sent a representative to follow up on the install and how things were going. The crew was late in leaving due to being very careful when removing the old windows and attention to detail (stellar!) when installing the new windows. It did not hinder them in the least. They continued to answer all questions and offered comments while observing the install - ensuring all questions were answered to our satisfaction. A seamless process - overall Exceptional!

Since we were a returning customer, we got a great deal! They arrived on the original day scheduled and wrapped the window with an exact match to house trim. We are exceptionally happy with their work. It doesn't matter whether it is a small job or large job, they treated us with the same quality service.

They came out showed me all the options and measured then gave me a price. Then someone else came and measured again. The installers showed up 5 mins before time schedule and cleaned up better then they found it.

Thompson Creek provided exceptional service, from the intital inquiry to the final installation of our ProVia Door System. They communicate effectively, confirm accuracy and most importantly, make certain the customer is completely satisfied.

Excellent job of custom-sizing windows for our existing locations. Installers arrived at promised time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were very polite. Installation took approx. 7 hours, including removal of old windows, fitting of new windows, interior/exterior sealing, and fabrication of aluminum exterior moldings for a custom look. Very impressive job.

This was our first experience with Thompson creek, and won't be our last. The person sent out to give our quote was very friendly, as were the planners that kept us up to date throughout the entire process. All of the work was done in one day, and looks great! A great company to deal with!

I am no expert on replacing front doors - we got a few estimates and they all seemed much higher than I imagined. We were contacted by a young salesman canvassing the neighborhood; I HATE dealing with this kind of thing, yet I kept an open mind. He was engaging, polite and I continued speaking with him because my wife was really ready to get a new front door. They set up an appointment for the next day (I confirmed with 2 people on the phone that I was really going to meet with their estimator.) The estimator showed up right on time - he was an experienced guy and didn't do the hard sell. Although he showed us the fancy stuff with cut glass he steered us to one of the cheaper doors in the catalog. Was it as cheap as a Home Depot door? Not even close. But once I decided I liked the product we worked out the price. I'm sure he knew exactly how low he would go. When it came to selling extras, again no pressure; he told us we were better off getting out own lock/doorknob be (my wife wanted one that opens with a combination) and that his installer would put in whatever we bought. He also advised us on some other remodeling issues that we need to complete. Once we ordered, we changed our mind on the color. Thompson Creek was responsive in contacting us, insuring we understood what the change meant and getting or change order in writing. The installation date was then re-set with a 4 hour window and the installers arrived 15 minutes early. Great. Finally, they spent all day working on it (our old threshold was large and the 47 year old house might night have been square.) All the old debris was cleared and everything worked as we hoped. Bottom line, the door is much better insulated, the house is warmer, outside noise is down and the door opens quietly. Thompson Creek seemed to care about getting everything right and we are happy with the purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

While waiting for my windows to be completed at the factory I was kept up to date on scheduling and always had a direct line to a Project Manager. The crew arrived on the specified date and brought enough workers to finish the job the same day, which is a good idea when replacing windows in February. Everybody was professional and seemed genuinely eager to ensure that I was happy. They were very careful not to damage any furniture and even did a few extra things I requested to improve the appearance of the new windows and framing. I plan on using them again and would definately recommend this outfit. You're getting high quality products and workmanship, so they will probably not be the low bidder.

We have had problems with our gutters since moving into our home about 4 years ago. The house is only 10 years old but the gutters continually pulled away from the house and rain overflowed at various points along the roof line when a storm hit. I asked Thompson Creek out to give a quote and was very pleased from the moment their representative entered my home. I could tell immediately that we were dealing with a reputable company that invested in their employees and believed in their product. The installation crew arrived on time and had the gutters up relatively quickly. They kept me informed of their progress and gave several updates on when they felt they would be finished. Just before the job was complete, a supervisor stopped by to inspect the job and introduce himself. In a day and age where customer service is generally lacking, I was truly impressed! The gutters look great on the house and the quality just cannot be beat. I know I'll never have to worry about them again. Thank you Thompson Creek....everyone that we interacted with was not only 100% professional, they were pleasant as well.

The Thompson Creek team from beginning to end was professional and highly responsive. The office team stayed on top of the schedule and our project manager, Sarah, stayed in touch with us while coordinating all the details. She ensured the details of our contract were accurate and that products were ordered and arrived time for our installation date. The Thompson Creek installation team of Andrew and Brandon, were friendly, efficient and extremely professional. They took special care to protect our wood floors and beautiful brick walkway so there would be no damage or scarring during the installation activities. Despite periods of rainy weather during the day, the two of them maintained a pleasant and cheerful attitude and still succeeded in getting the entire project done in a single day! This is the second major job we have contracted with Thompson Creek and we definitely will go to them first for any future home improvements.
