The salesman came to our house, measured all of the windows (all of which are approximately the same dimensions), and then gave us a demonstration about the features of their windows. However, once we started talking price, the conversation ended. We were quoted a little over &10,000.00 for only 8 windows (none of which are a peculiar size and all of which are approximately the same size), then gave us a 30% discount, which came to $7220 or $902.50 per window. Their windows are great products and if money were no object I would certainly consider having them in my house, but money is an object and a scarce one at that so there is simply no way that I could ever conceive of paying over $900 for a single window. Are their windows better than other companies? Undoubtedly yes, but enough to justify the difference in price? Undoubtedly no.

The salesman was very arrogant and pushy. He requested to deal with my husband and not me. I was the one who called and investigated the leaf guards. I am more qualified to talk to them at this point in time. I was very unhappy with the high-pressure sales situation! He told me if I didn't take his $2000 deal within the month that the price would jump up to $4000! He wouldn't do anything to work with me, where other people have been more willing to get the job.

Service was super fast, they were here right on time. We actually had our caulking on the bathroom a little messed up. We called the company and they fixed right away... without any extra charge. Vince is awesome and he even gave me a few tips on how to fix my bathroom :)

The Thompson Creek sales people were timely, well spoken, explained all the features and discussed with us what they could do for us. We knew what we were buying. The experience, from original visit to final inspection was excellent. The installation team was excellent, on time. They worked efficiently and explained the process to us, removing windows that were over 35 years old, along with dry toy etc. They cleaned up what was a significant mess and left the property ion excellent shape. Thompson Creek turned the financing over to GE Capital. This was the only minor negative we had in what was an excellent experience. The financing was difficult to understand and it was not easy to track down the right people to talk to.

Be prepared for the longest sales pitch you've ever experienced. While they are prompt. Be ready for at least 90 minutes, but probably longer. The guy has a book he goes through. You can't speed him along. He goes page by page. And it is overkill. He then shows you his competitors and their products. While helpful, its obviously their slant. The quote then makes you feel like you're getting quotes from other companies... which you aren't. He tells you what other companies might charge and then offers you his price. Keep in mind, you didn't really get other quotes. Keep in mind the numbers he pulls out are random and are helping to sell his product. We weren't in a position to buy just yet. so I was hard with him and saying "no" to each quote. He lowered his quote at least 3 times. So know you can talk them down. We did not go with them yet. we might in the future.

They worked from 8-4 without a break. They cleaned up well. They honored a sale that occurred after I had signed the contract. They were so professional. They communicated well. They treated me exactly how you would want to be treated.

Salesman was great. Workers performing the work were great. Overall great experience.

replaced an exterior door in the cellarway. Work was done well, they cleaned up after themselves. Only problem was that only one of the workman spoke English and the other one's English was extremely poor. I wasn't told of this ahead of time but a supervisor magically appeared shortly after they came and left a number for any language problems.

After Thompson Creek did such an excellent job with my gutter installation, I followed up to negotiate the price for replacing all of my home's eleven windows, four sliding glass doors and a garden window in the kitchen. They're a little pricey but the quality is superior to any of the other three companies that I considered. The timeliness and professionalism was outstanding for both jobs.

My first contact with Thompson Creek was to have 11 windows installed in my home - great job. Afterwards, I shared my experience with a colleague (who also had windows installed in her home). I then had Thompson Creek return to my home to install 2 sliding glass doors. Very pleased with their work!

I had the windows installed last summer, 2012. Yesterday I was washing them and one of the bottom windows slipped out of its "shoe", the slot that allowes you to lower the window into the house to clean it. I called Thompson Creek and a very nice person tried to talk me through the process of re-attaching the window. When I mentioned that I had a torn tendon and that this was one of the bigger windows, she arranged for someone to come to my house within the next two hours. WOW! Yes, someone came within about 90 minutes or less. He showed me how to fix the window should I accidentially tilt it out of the shoe again. Seeing the process, it was easy to do. It was a little more difficult to visualize it with just the verbal instructions, although I think I could have understood them if I could have held the window better. Love the widows and am impressed with the service

What stood out to me was their product. I would use them again in the future.

TCW showed on time for both install worked stretch through the day, and into the night to finish they cleaned of wall and followed up quickly on minor issues that was left to attend quality & sanctification.

Loved the crew. Crew was on time, professional, kept me informed and explained each step of the process. Very savy problem solver, impeccably clean-even watched to make sure my cats didn't leave.

The replacement process went extremely well. My house is slightly older, so lead paint was detected during the pre-installation consultation, so the crew came prepared for the lead paint removal. The project manager/coordinator stopped by half way through the installation and gave me another run through on the windows that I'm getting and made sure that I had all questions and concerns addressed. During the installation I went to play with one of the windows and I accidentally touched the fresh caulk. The guy who did the caulk was super nice and said that I gotta be more careful, and redid the caulk. After the installation I was asked to inspect the windows inside and out. I didn't bother going through all of them since I saw how many times they tested each and one of them during installation to fit everything in properly, so I didn't feel like I had the need to. This was a very good experience, and I'm anxious to get another set of windows replaced!

The process was easy from the consultation to the contract. The team who came to install the windows were professional, quick and thorough. They even went a step beyond to help fix a window box not in scope.

Vendor was punctual; the entire job was completed without any delays; installation team knew what they were there to do and just went about their work. Lead man on the crew was very polite, helpful and professional. Kudos also go out to the gentleman who came to do the final measurements before manufacture/installation of the products we ordered. Thanks to his follow-up questions re our order and verification of what we really wanted, we were able to avoid what might otherwise have been a huge mistake. They forgot the doorknocker for the front door, but were quick to remedy the issue. The only drawback, I would like to have been offered financing at a lower interest rate, or at least have known the rate when we placed the order (9.9%).

When I called for the appointment, I told the representative that I had used their company before, and I didn't need the "sales pitch", I just wanted a few questions answered and of course the cost of the job. I got an appointment, quickly that worked with my schedule. The sales person that came out, 'Montina' did a great job- she answered all of my questions. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into purchasing anything. You don't get a lot of choices with windows and gutters-but there were so many with the doors and side lights! Montina took her time to show me all of my options (sometimes two and three times for a few of them) and emailed me pictures on the spot- so I could have them for later. The purchasing part was painless. She made an appointment for the tech to come out the next week to do the measuring. 'Robert arrived on time and took the measurements- I had a couple more questions and wanted to make a slight change on some of the trim. He took the time to show me what everything would look like on his Ipad. I had a hard time deciding- but he was patient! I'm scheduled for install and am looking forward to the finsihed product. I've since called back with questions and everyone I've spoken too, has been responsive, friendly and professional.

We are extremely happy with our Thompson Creek sliding glass door. From day one the service we received from them was second- to-none. Their marketing representative/manager who was our first point of contact was professional and totally knowledgeable about the product we were interested in purchasing. He walked us through the whole process from start to finish. They were at our home exactly when they said they would be beginning with our first visit to measure our doors. The rep contacted us to: 1) confirm the date of our installation 2) to re-confirm our installation 3) he stopped by during the installation to make sure all was going well 4) after the installation he called to make sure we were happy with the doors 5) and called once again to make sure we were completely satisfied We are more than pleased with the looks of the door. The quality and workmanship are both extremely impressive. The best customer service we've experienced in a very long while. Thompson Creek will definitely be our "go to" company for any future home improvements we may need in their area of service.

We scheduled everything and the day of the installation it was raining. It was in upper 40s at best. Thompson Creek arrived on time at 8am and installed a storm door in a chilly drizzle. Eight months later that door still closes every time and never needs to be checked. We worry since we have 2 cats who like to bolt out the door. Since we have a reliable storm door that always closes tight we worry less about C.J. or Ziva getting outside. I also wish to talk about the windows that Thompson Creek installed on 21 Sept 2013. They made 3 connected front windows that leaked heat into one big gorgeous window. They also replaced two front bedroom windows. This made our house cooler this summer. Our house is on a highway and we get sunlight all afternoon on the front. The living room used to be an oven and the A/C wasn't efficient enough with drafty windows. Now we save money and the house WAS cooler this summer and warmer last winter. The workers for Thompson Creek arrived before 8am on 21 Sept 2013 and finished the job before noon. They did not rush the job and make mistakes. They are experienced. They are efficient. They get it done in a timely fashion because they do not make mistakes and do it right the first time. They are well trained. That is obvious. AFTER each of these two jobs a Thompson Creek Supervisor came by and examined the work and asked if we were pleased with the job and the men completed the task. We were impressed and told him each time that everything was perfect. We also had follow-ups by phone from the Thompson Creek staff who are very courteous and always there to answer. Trust Thompson Creek. You will be glad you did.

Prior to deciding to have Thompson Creek install all the windows in my house, I researched 3 different companies and made an appointment with alll three to provide me a demonstration of their product. Not knowing much about windows, I tried to gain as much knowledge about windows in a very short period of time. While the other companies pitched their product as being top quality, I contacted Thompson Creek to see what they offer. I had heard of them while researching online, and this was the last company I was going to contact prior to making my decision as with whom I'd opt with. When their representative (Josh O'Dell) arrived, he provided a lot of information about TC's windows and he spent roughly 2.5 to 3 hours measuring, explaining and demonstrating TCs product. He was professional and courteous. What was noticeable during the presentation truly was the quality with the way TC manufactures their windows. I learned about TCs windows' multiple honeycomb chambers which allow for supreme insulation and durability. If memory serves me right, I think the honeycomb structure has somewhere to the effect of 22 or 24 honeycombs within the window. In comparison to the other companies' demos, who had 4-6 and it made sense that TCs window quality is far superior than others'. Additionally, the materiel TC utilizes is top quality, from its hinges to the sashes and vinyl. When the demonstration was over, TC and I agreed on a price, and I must add that the price for the amount of windows I had was roughly $2.5-3K more than other companies, but I believe it's better to opt for a solid quality window. The adage of you get what you pay for certainly is true when choosing which company to have install windows, doors, etc. The beauty of TC is that they are a local company and fully back their product; an added bonus is the fact that their lifetime guarantee is transferable (1x) if a person decides to sell their home. I can't speak more highly enough for TCs customer service and their scheduling and promptness to reply to all inquiries. Moving forward to the day of the installation, TCs crew (Enrique the team leader, Ivan, Carlos and the rest {can't think of all names, sorry} of 8 arrived promptly and they were efficient, true professionals, and pleasant. Roughly 8 hours and 21 windows later, the job was complete and all materiel {loose parts} were removed and the windows looked sensational. Thank you Enrique and the crew for an outstanding job! As a side note: Initially, I contemplated replacing a kitchen window and installing a door to a future patio. I have decided to keep the window and kitchen layout as is and will be replacing the 2 double hung kitchen windows as well as my doors with TC. I can't see using another company. As a new home owner, making decisions as these are not only difficult, but can be confusing and daunting. Through it all, I am glad I went that extra step, researched and chose Thompson Creek with my entire window installation. I look forward to the doors in the next 3-4 weeks. Sincerely, Patrick Breuer

The door, side light and storm Door are of exception quality. The new door latch and storm locked where keyed the same. The installers where extremely professional, kept the work area clean at all times, and very thoroughly with every detail down to caulking the nail holes. My door is beautiful and I am very happy with my purchase. It wasn't the least expensive but I couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship.
