It turned out very well. They came when they said they were going to come and they were quite prompt in getting the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. It worked out quite well. It was about $1,000 per window and $1,500-$2,000 for the door. I am paying it off over time.

We called on a Sunday to price out options, and they came to our home the *same* day. We were really impressed by this and by their products and services. We contracted with them the same day and there was some delay in getting someone here to take measurements. The person who came to take measurements was extremely professional and listened to all our concerns about testing for lead paint, making sure there would be proper abatement, and he explained the adjustments we would need to make to our security system. The installation team was from Thompson Creek and not hired out, they confirmed all measurements and installed the windows and door quickly and efficiently. We're happy with the look and quality of the product. This isn't the cheapest source of windows and doors, but the quality of the work and the material for us was worth it.

They were wonderful and were absolutely great. They did everything they said they were going to do and the window looks great. The salesperson came out here and explained about how the process would work and then another gentleman came out. They just followed through with exactly what they said. They followed up after the service to make sure that we were happy. It was really good.

It turned out great. We did not have any problems with them at all. They were fast and efficient. I am sure my husband did some pricing with other companies. They stood by their work and are a local company, not far from us at all. They were very professional and the gentleman who came out to give us an estimate both times was very nice. The gentlemen who came out were very courteous, professional and very much on time. They were not aggressive in selling their product.

They explained everything about the windows and they compared them to all sorts of other windows. They really educated me on windows in general to give me the opportunity to make an educated decision. The price was fair. I would absolutely use them again.

The service turned out excellent. The quality of work was good and they did it all in one day. I had one recall for a leak and they responded within a day for that. They fixed the problem. I would recommend them because of their overall performance , cleanliness and the way they handled the business transaction. We did not get estimates and just went with a local company.

They were wonderful. In fact they are coming back tomorrow to do more. We had one batch and are doing a second. We love them. They had some lovely windows that do all that we wanted. The sales guy came and did a general measurement for pricing. The official measuring guy came out on schedule to do all the measuring and he set the official install date, which happened as scheduled. It was about 3 weeks because they had to manufacture the windows. The install took one day for five windows. They even fought off a bee's nest. They even replaced the wood facing that had been infested with bees at no charge. They took extra care to foam up the edges of the windows so that everything was completely sealed because we had leaking which was the reason for getting the windows in the first place. I am thrilled to death because I haven't had a drop of water since. The front window came in cooler than the previous window where I had window film professionally installed so I was very, very pleased. Tomorrow they are doing the main level windows so I am really excited. I had several different quotes and they were amazing on price. They easily beat all of those with a better product. They gave me great financing options. There was no pressure to do it now for the price. They just said to call if I wanted to do stuff. The windows are beautiful and the install was excellent. They glide very nicely. They look amazing. I am getting a sliding glass door in the second batch. They were very responsive. They assigned a project manager who was available for questions. They always called when they said they would. They were very punctual. All appointments were kept as promised. They were very professional.

The experience was very nice. They are very detailed, conscientious and friendly. They usually come back if there is a problem so their follow up is fantastic. Their punctuality was fine. They cover their feet and fixed any plaster. They did extra insulation and put wood in. We have used them three times already.

It worked out very well. They were professional and did the job in a timely manner. I had used them before. The doors are working out great and there have been no problems. My interaction with them was good.

I am satisfied with the product, itself, but they had to come out multiple times to install things properly. It was a major, massive headache. I had to have the president of the company come out to my house to try to somewhat make a deal with me in order to compensate me for my inconveniences. My opinion on it was that it was maybe a fair compensation, but not what I expected. I expected them to go a little bit more above and beyond as far as what they were going to offer me to compensate me for all my time and headaches. They replaced the sliding glass door four different times until they got it right.

It turned out nice. They installed all the windows in one day. They were clean, very efficient and very respectful. They cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. I would probably use them again.

It turned out fine. I chose them because there is a lifetime warranty on the windows and because they are a local Maryland company. It was too pricey. $1,000 a window is pretty expensive.

At the end of the day all of the windows were in place. It turned out okay as far as I can tell so far. They seem do a good job and seem to be methodical. They come through and do what they say they are going to do very nicely. I have to go through a winter season here to see if it is going to turn out like I wanted to have accomplished. If my heating bills go down, which they should, then I will say it was well worth it. I think that it will turn out very good. I have no complaints so far. It seems to be the kind of quality I had hoped for. I thought their responsiveness was very good. As soon as I indicated an interest they came out and were very thorough. For example, the guy came out and took the measurements then that information got sent back to the factory. They apparently made things that fix because I did not see them having any trouble when they were installing them so that seemed to go well. I was very impressed at how smooth and efficient they were and it was obvious that the guys who came out to do the installation did it every day.

It turned out really well. We were really impressed with the quality of their windows which caused us to purchase them. Their install team was top notch. The pricing was pretty good and we got a fair price. The pricing of one of their competitors was a little bit less but the quality of their window didn't appear to be equal either. I believe they were on time but I wasn't here for the install.

The service was okay. I had an issue with the door and they had to come out three or four times to fix it, but they fixed it.

It turned out fine. They do great work and keep in touch with me. They call before they come out and follow up afterwards. It was a good installation. I think it was expensive but I got high quality work. It was not like a steal. I have already called them to come out and give me a quote on windows.

I wouldn't say anything bad. I was really, really impressed with their work. They were, in my mind, as perfect as someone can get who is doing the job for you. I have checked out some other places and they are not out of line with what I would have had to pay somebody else who might not have done the job as well. They're just wonderful. If I had a need, I would use them again. I learned about them through my daughter. She had used them twice for the townhouses that she had and she was so happy with their work that's why I called them. She was also pleased with them.

My only complaint is that they were annoying with their follow up on the lead up to the replacement. They kept calling around 8 in the morning to check in and let me know what was going on. It got to be a little annoying. They tried to be a little overly friendly. I personally don't like business calls before 9 a.m. They came to install the windows one day and it was snowing so we told them we did not think they should do in when it was snowing so they had to come back another day. They did that okay; it was alright. They were very punctual.
