We spent $30000 and they were great.

It turned out wonderfully; it was great. We did about $5000 worth of work. I am impressed with their speed and quality. They work fast and do good quality work.

They did an excellent job, and were thorough, cleaned up all debris, and instructed us on the use of (opening/closing) the windows, doors, and screens.

They were not good. They never submitted the order and the week to do the work they called me and said they could not submit the order. Their customer service was not ideal. They argued with me over price. They got me a standard door and I did not like it. It took 4-6 weeks to submit the order. They were not apologetic at all.

Very well. They arrived on time ...replaced 27 windows with storms and were finished in 6 hours. Crew was very professional ..2 different supervisors.stopped by during the installation.. They did a great job of cleaning up as they went along the job.

The installation team arrived on schedule; however, only one person spoke English. They repaired minor damages to the outside of the house that took place during window installation.

The quality of the windows is excellent and the take out, haul away, and cleanup was well done. The trim work and caulking was flawless. The windows have performed very well and have improved our home's energy profile. I would recommend Thompson Creek to anyone.

I was really impressed with their work. They were wonderful. They were not out of line of what I would have to pay somebody else, who may not have done the job quite as well.

It was overpriced. I probably paid too much for it. It is a good door and it is well insulated but I should have shopped a little more. The door may not be overpriced; I just may have jumped a little soon. I might have gotten a less expensive door if I had shopped around that might have fit my bill. I would recommend them but I would say to shop around because on putting that much money into it. The service was very good. They didn't get my charges set up right so I had to work with them about 3 months on the financing.

They were all right but I wouldn't use them again. The quality was fine but they weren't timely. I wasted a lot of time waiting on them to show up for multiple appointments. The price was pretty high. They don't manage their schedules very well. They were professional.

They had a person come to the site to verify that the work was proceeding and to make sure that the guys were doing what they were supposed to be doing. I was happy because there were follow up. I got their name from a guy on the news on television. They were a little expensive. They have a patent on the gutter system and they manufacture it locally. The price was steep. The first meeting was very comprehensive. They showed me the contents of the gutters and door and how they put it all together.

They were very neat and picked up all the old guttering and took it away. The warranty is a double lifetime warranty so it is very hard to beat. I would absolutely use them again.

We were very happy with the result and the service. I had some other estimates and they were lower than the other providers.

In each case they were excellent. We had a slight problem with the casement windows opening and closing. There was a little catch in the mechanism. We called them and they had a guy out here in about two days. It was not big deal. He just made an adjustment and he was out of here in 10 minutes and it was perfectly taken care of. They are very professional. They make an appointment and they are here on time. They clean up after themselves and keep the area clean while they are working. They have a follow up person who comes around after the project is completed to make sure that I am happy with it and that everything is working properly. They are just a really good outfit. We live close to their manufacturing facility so we have been to their location, show room and everything. We are quite familiar with them. They are not cheap and are not the cheapest guy in town. We could have gotten a better price.

It worked out fantastic. Whatever the price was it was good. They were very efficient and I have no complaints with them. So far the windows seem to be good for what we got. The price of the windows was ideal for what our house is worth. I have recommended them to my customers. I think they are a great company and they make their own windows here in Maryland. They are a good product and we checked out a lot of windows. We went through five companies and some of them were cheaper than this, but I did not want a cheap window. I wanted a good, substantial one and they are good, substantial window for the price.

It turned out great. The service was pretty good from the time they got here including their professionalism and cleanup. I didn't have any issues. I would recommend them because of price. The price was a little steep.
