Description of Work: I had a storm door replaced and after a while the flashing inside the door frame buckled. It took a while to get an appointment to have it fixed but they did a good job.

Description of Work: The sales representative took the time to listen and address my questions and concerns. I appreciated the explanation of the window sizing and pricing. The sales rep and installers were on time and all sessions were completed within the scheduled time periods. An installer explained to me how the new window functioned. Will probably use Thompson Creek for future home improvements.

Description of Work: We actually have used Thompson Creek three separate times since we replaced our windows in three phases. This last phase included the removal of seven old windows and installation of the replacements. We couldn't be happier. The windows look great, and have greatly reduced our heating and cooling expenses. We highly recommend Thompson Creek!

Description of Work: They installed new six inch gutters with covers around the house. |Everything was performed as scheduled. The salesman was on time and the installation was performed on the date and time promised. I can't comment on the functioning of the gutters, I was out of town during the rainy days since the installation.

Description of Work: Installed 11 windows including 3 enlargements and one new opening. Job took approximately 6 hours, not counting masonry work that was done a couple of days earlier. No problems. Excellent crew!

Description of Work: we had all of the windows in our home replaced. The crew was great, being careful to not damage anything and clean up any mess they made. They were also very efficient.. My only concern was the high pressure sales pitch of giving us a special price only if we signed the contract that night. I may use them again, but only after I have obtained other estimates first.

Description of Work: Thompson Creek replaced 16 windows in my home. The whole process went smoothly and their employees were all really nice and helpful. All appointments were on time and the work and products were as promised. I highly recommend them. The windows are really nice.

Description of Work: I have used them MANY times!! They are great! Very professional & they do a very good job from A to Z. There prices are a bit much but you get what you pay for & I have found that out where windows are concerned the HARD way so I don't complain. They are the BEST & I recommend them to EVERYBODY!

Description of Work: 19 windows in 6.5 hours. Amazing. Plus, everything the sales person said the installers would do, they did. This company knows how to provide a service from the sales pitch, to final measurement, to installation. Not one detail was forgotten. Plus, a great warranty to back it up.

Description of Work: The lady who came to show us the product (8 windows and a sliding door) appeared very knowledgeable about the product and was very efficient. We told her we would get the windows and we decided upon financing. They sent a person out to measure and I decided to make some changes on my order spoke with the coordinator for the project and told him how I would finance the change and it was put on my credit card. I was told the windows would be installed approximately 6/9/2014 I am not sure about the date at this time. The coordinator called that morning and told us the truck broke down and they would be out Sat. 6/14/2014 between 8 and 10a and they were there on time and did a very good job. On 6/15/2014 I noticed the screens on the front windows were sagging and I left a message on the project coordinators voice mail making him aware of this. He called me back that Monday to arrange to have someone come out on 6/28 I asked if someone could come earlier as screens really looked bad but he said that was the best he could do. He then asked me if I had made changes to the original contract and I told him yes he then asked me how I am going to pay for the changes I told him we discussed this when I made the changes and I already saw the charges on my credit card. I asked him why I was being questioned about this when I called to tell him about the screens as we had gone over this at least twice previously. He said he did not see where I paid for it and recharged me for the service. When I saw that he had recharged me I called and he said he had made a mistake and he had reversed the charge. It took 2 weeks to get that charge off my credit card. I told him you would not have made the windows and installed them if I had not already paid for them. The person who came to correct the problem with the screens was very nice he was not able to correct the problem on site and had to send them back to be remade. They are now in and look great.
