We have been customizing and manufacturing replacement windows, doors, gutters, siding and roofing in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1980. Our products deliver time and again, improving a home’s energy efficiency and increasing home values, curb appeal and sheer comfort. Our windows and gutter systems are custom manufactured, installed and serviced from our family owned and operated factory in Upper Marlboro, Maryland – eliminating costly and inefficient middle parties. Description of Work: They quote a price in the "no obligation, locked in price for one year" Estimate meeting, but then the "best" price walks out the door. Strong arm sales policy, according to the sales person, it's company policy, to have the best price walk out the door if you do not say yes immediately. Do not use thompson Creek as your first estimate. Get all other quotes and THEN get thompson creek. I love the product, HATE the sales approach and suggest you give other contractors opportunities to take your business first, then call Thompson Creek. If you say not to their "best price" they mark it in your file and you can "never get this price again" according to the sales person. Do not call them first. Call them last.

After being "screened" over the telephone after a wait of almost 15 minutes and made to repeat what I had just told the representative, I was given outrageous prices., This was followed by very aggressive sales pitches over the telephone over the next 10 days (the calls stopped at Christmas and I hope to be left alone in the future..). .

Description of Work: An absolutely wonderful company - from start (sales representative) to finish (window installers). I had 16 windows replaced on my house. The crew arrived on time at 9 a.m., and by 3 p.m. had installed all 16. Other than having wonderful new windows, when they left, there was no sign inside or outside the house of all the work they did because they left everything absolutely spotless. I would highly recommend both the product and the company's staff.

Description of Work: First they visited door-to-door. We scheduled an appointment for someone to come by and provide a quote. He was timely and there was no pressure. He provided a quote for all the windows in the house by room. We opted for replacing all the windows on the living floor (10 total). The installation was timely and very well done. I'll probably use them again to replace the other windows in the house. The windows are of outstanding quality and very appealing.
