Description of Work: Thompson creek replaced a bedroom window. The installers were on time and courteous. They demonstrated how to use, release and clean the windows. I plan to use them for future window replacement.

Description of Work: Thompson Creek installed some new gutters for us. I commend them for their customer service. The gutters look great on the house and have taken care of the issue we had with overflow and clogs. They blend in well with the house TC was even able to get a black down spout to go between the upper roof discharge and the lower roof gutter so it doesn't look bad on the black shingles. | |My only issue with the experience was that they initially measured it to have diagonal down spouts, when the house had wrap around gutters. That would have changed the look of the house. Fortunately, the company was able to reconfigure the order and get the proper gutters in place with no change in the price or timeline.

Description of Work: Replaced all our cutters with cutters with hoods. The crew arrived on time and worked all day in the pouring rain. They did a great job and cleaned up all the debri and old cutters and hauled them away

The windows are very smooth to operate and the installation removed all drafts which were peresent with the old windows. We needed a new slider in my basement and I just called Thompson Creek and ordered it. Again, fair price and very good service.

Description of Work: Replaced window over spa tub; actually 3 windows including one casement window and a fixed window on either side. It's an odd size window and only reached from the outside above a small porch roof. Good cleanup of the tub tile when finished; showed me how to tilt and clean window after install. Efficient and professional.

Description of Work: The installers checked and rechecked the measurements before they removed the existing door. They were very careful with their tools and the debris. They cleaned up the entire area before they left.

Description of Work: They installed a leaf protecting gutter system with downspouts along the back of our home. Very professionally done and we haven't had to do any gutter cleaning in the back since the installation.

Description of Work: Replacement of the windows on the front of the house took 8 months due to broken windows, wrong size windows, windows that were'n painted according to the specs in the contract. Last year, a broken frame that was covered under warranty took three tries and it still wasn't 100% correct when installed. We won't use them again!
