Description of Work: Replaced Gutters with their covered gutters that allow for water flow but block debris from getting into gutters. It was at least 3 years ago and gutters are functioning well.

Description of Work: They replaced a patio door, rain gutters and installed system to prevent leaves and debris from getting in the rain gutters. Happy with the product and installation. I was not overly enthused with their high pressure sales tactics. I actually considered cancelling because of this tactic.

Description of Work: Installed a new Sliding Glass Door in the basement. They did an excellent job and everything was cleaned up better then when they got here. They took the old door away also.

Description of Work: Thompson Creek replaced 23 anderson windows (Circa.1960), front door with side lights and a bay window. They were professional, color matched to shutters and were exceptional. Very impressed with the clean up and would refer them, to anyone. You could not tell they replaced anything, they WERE that good.

Description of Work: First contact with Thompson Creek Window Co. was for the estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional in his assessment of the problems of having the door not closing properly, falling off the track and air coming in from the outside around the door frame. A fair estimate was provided and arrangements made for installation. | |On their way to install the sliding door a car hit the truck(no injuries) and they called immediately and indicated they would be late. When the old door was removed, it was found the opening had not been insulated at all...no wonder there was a air leak. The installation crew was efficient, friendly, and expert in their work. The TCW sliding door glides to open and close, and is easy to lock and deadbolt. The guarantee for the door and screen is unmatched by other companies. The guarantee will even transfer to a new owner. It was a very good investment; and the door looks great!

Description of Work: They installed 37 windows of varying sizes and types in our house, on the first day and returned the second day to replace the trim. They provided a crew of 7 who worked efficiently and quickly to complete the project. They responded to all our requests and even segregated the old windows that were useable so we could donate them to Habitat for Humanity. Pricey, but we have confidence in the product quality and future service warrantee based on performance to date.

Description of Work: Thompson Creek replace 7 windows on the front of my Townhouse - 3 in the kitchen and 4 in the upstairs Master Bedroom. The sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of my questions. The actual day of installation went smoothly without incident. The crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The tilt in style double hung windows with the interior mullions are a big improvement over the originals. I had also considered Anderson Renewal replacement windows but could not justify the price difference. The windows have been in place for several months now and I have received several compliments on their appearance.

Description of Work: Came out, measured, and estimated for 4 new replacement upstairs bedroom windows. Price was 2nd highest of 4 contractors we interviewed but had heard good things about them. | |Windows were built quickly and seem to have been done well But they ended up having to change a delivery/ install date w/ almost no notice, throwing my wife's business schedule off. They did knock a little off the price but that lack of notice on the change of date dropped them from an A to a B

I got exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. The lifetime warranty was a huge selling point. My doors have transformed the front of my home; it's curb appeal went from ugh to ahhh! Description of Work: They came by and fixed an issue that I had with the storm door that they installed last year. It was handled as a warranty call. They had two people show up to work on the door and kept me updated with the problem and the best solution. I am happy with this company and their service.
