Description of Work: Scheduled for installation, so far everything is going great. Although Thompson Creek was not the lowest priced contractor, I am going for quality, durability, stability, and best value. They are outstanding in customer service and I feel will be around for a very long time. The measurers were very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: Installation of whole house new gutter, helmet, downspout and cap the facial board system. The installer were very good and informative and they clean up the area after job was done. Would definitely use this company again for future projects.

Description of Work: Replaced and painted wood trim on exterior house. Work was excellent. Workers were excellent. Only problem was miscommunication of exactly what work was to be done for quote. Quote was written for how much wood was to be purchased and replaced, not which parts of the trim were to be replaced. I would use them again but have details written into quote and a picture of the house outlining what work was to be done.

Description of Work: Booking an appointment using their 800# is not the best face to greet customers. Waiting and call backs seem to be the rule, instead of speaking directly to someone with answers. Contacting them through Angie's list is far superior. The work was well done, good follow-up and a needed repair was preformed well. Quality products, but pricey.

Description of Work: We replaced half of the windows in the house and a door. Some had cracked, others just made the room cold. The good news - we can tell a difference in heat/cold, noise, and UV. Prices are comparable to other high end windows/doors. The only surprise was it took more window sill than initial thought and the sales guy neglected to mention a few items (our windows hung inside the frame in a few rooms and we were told by the installation person this would void the warranty.) Also, a few windows did not fit or had the mullions instead of being just clear windows (love the 'no squares' look). Anyway, it took some calls and talks with the company but they noted the blinds exceptions and the windows were of course replaced on a second visit. All in all - not as smooth as it should be but the product is great. Have the sales person measure and show you the actual final depth.

Description of Work: The person who came to my home to explain Thompson Creek's products, he wanted to know what I was looking for. He showed me samples of the products then took the time to go through my selections. A few days later, the final measures were checked and an expected time for the windows to be ready; we had already selected a date and they were ready. The workers were friendly, answered any questions I had during installation, and completed the work by the afternoon. They cleaned up and double checked the work making minor adjustments and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. I highly recommend Thompson Creek. I am very glad I chose them and will use them again in the future.
