Description of Work: I had a door and storm door with flanking sidelights installed. The pre-installation process went well with the individual doing the final measurements and color selection arriving within the appointment window. All of my requests for changes were accepted or satisfactorily accommodated. The installation went well. The installers arrived early. All the work was done quickly and the cleanup was perfect. The finished product was more than I expected. I am planning on using Thompson Creek again.

Description of Work: Salesman lied saying Thompson does not use contractors to install. Salesman was not professional when I caught him in this lie, and said that 1099 employees are employees to Thomson, not subs. Even his "boss" that he called to verify stated he was disappointed in the salesman's lies to us. Installation was the first issue we discussed with the salesman when he entered out home. Read all of the pages of the contract before signing and you will see language concerning sub-contractors being used. Never again!

Description of Work: Thompson Creek workers installed (17) new windows and 2 new doors. The installers were very prompt with their arrival time and had every thing installed, including clean up, before the afternoon was over. We were so satisfied with the windows and doors that we later had new shudders installed by Thompson Creek.
