We have been customizing and manufacturing replacement windows, doors, gutters, siding and roofing in the Mid-Atlantic region since 1980. Our products deliver time and again, improving a home’s energy efficiency and increasing home values, curb appeal and sheer comfort. Our windows and gutter systems are custom manufactured, installed and serviced from our family owned and operated factory in Upper Marlboro, Maryland – eliminating costly and inefficient middle parties. Description of Work: We had a screened in porch put on the back of our house in Catonsville. Several years after the installation the main beam showed warping. I called and after inspection, they decided to replace that beam. They came out, did that and replaced the screen at no cost to me. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up. I love my porch!

Description of Work: Rep came out and did the sales pitch. I'm not a fan of aggressive, sign today sales tactics but we knew going in how they worked so we looked past that. Their products are good but we wanted something more custom for a roof over the bay window and the sales rep said we couldn't do it. Ended up going with Pella for more money since they customized what we wanted. | |As an FYI for those thinking of using Thompson Creek. Their buy today price is 35% off of the "regular" price. If you sign the contract that day you have 4 days to "change your mind" without penalty. Suggest getting other quotes first and then you will have more negotiating power if you want to play their game.
