Description of Work: Have worked with them three times -- window replacement and two patio door replacements. Every time the work has been performed efficiently. Project managers come prior to install to double-check measurements and site conditions. Quality Assurance comes to check the install before the crew finishes. Financing is available.

Description of Work: THEY ARRIVED At 6:00 PM WHICH WAS PAST THE TIME WE WERE EXPECTING THEM. a REPRESENTATIVE KEPT TELLING US THAT THE CREW WAS ON ANOTHER JOB. 6:00 PM AND IT WAS GETTING N READY TO RAIN AND WE HAD TO TELL THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. THE REPRESENTATIVE HAD LEFT BEFORE THEY ARRIVED. tHE REPRESENTATIVE SHOULD PROVIDE A MORE ACCURATE TIME THAT THE WORKERS SHOULD ARRIVE, NOT GUESS.

Description of Work: Overall great windows and service. We have very tall windows and replaced about half the house plus a door Feb 2015 and in March 2016 doing the rest plus 2 other doors Window/door quality is great and people were friendly and quick. My only complaint with the company is sometimes the sales person says it is possible and then the actual install manager has to correct or change items to make it work. We also had trouble with reinstalling our blinds the first time (had to get approval since they screwed into the top of window) and they ordered the wrong window for 2 of them (had grids in them). All in all - I can tell a large difference in the windows efficiency and I love the "no Grids" option for the house.

Before this they installed front windows (one picture and 2 regular) in 2012 at my home. The windows were done on 9/21/2012.
