Description of Work: The installation of windows and doors went better than I expected. The crew of installers worked as a well-oiled machine, nothing was left undone. All 18 windows and 2 doors were installed in less than 7 hours. The old windows and doors, along with the trash, were hauled away when the worked was completed. I am very happy with the end result, and also had them install window shudders at a later date. Thompson Creek was a very easy company to deal with, and their sales reps were very pleasant.

Description of Work: We had worked with Thompson Creek before so we felt good about choosing them to replace our windows and patio doors. The sales meeting went well with the advisor answering all of our questions. The price was a little higher than others but the product seemed excellent. The day they came to install the windows we found that 7 of the windows had been measured wrong and could not be installed and one window arrived with a broken sash. This was 40% of the job. The next installation date was two weeks later. Since we had to take down all blinds, curtains and move furniture this really caused quite a bit of inconvenience. Thompson Creek had a rather offhand "oh well" attitude and offered no compensation or discount for their error. Although I like the windows and doors that were finally installed I was definitely not satisfied with their customer service.

Description of Work: Replaced 14 windows plus added a gorgeous bay window that had a slider window before. The factory goofed the installers up by making a couple of the windows the wrong size but they were able to re-manufacture them in the correct size within 24 hours. The installers were thoroughly professional and completed the job in minimum time with attention to detail that was really amazing. The windows themselves are performing better than even the salesman promised. We have received compliments on how nice they look from neighbors and friends and even people just walking by.

Description of Work: Thompson Creek replaced most of my windows & my basement door. Their salesman was helpful & informative, the company's contact person (Jessica) was also helpful, answered my questions, and stayed in touch. The two installers who showed up were on time, polite, worked tirelessly and got the whole job done (and done very well) in one day! Their work ethic was impressive. They were careful around my furniture, which isn't easy because I have a smaller home. I love the windows! Great quality, easy to use, and attractive. No complaints - all good!
