While away for the Thanksgiving holiday, the combustion fan in our furnace stopped functioning. We arrived home to a cold house and have two small children. I called Moses the following day and within a couple hours he stopped by our home, was able to track down the part in another part of Maryland, and installed it the same day. What I like best about Rite Temp is that the owner, Moses, is a hands-on owner and does most of the work himself. He's knowledgeable, punctual, and his prices are reasonable. I am sure that the same repair with any of the other larger service companies would have been much more expensive and would have taken several days to get competed. I was referred to Moses by a family member that has had a lot of work done on his home by Moses, including a full replacement of their AC/Heating system. All of their repairs have been done to perfection. Thanks Moses and happy holidays!

He brought to our attention that we had a faulty switch. We have agreed to replace the switch. He has had to reschedule because of traffic delay. Still have to confirm a time. Will provide an update.

Mr. Moses informed me that the furnace was still working properly and safely. . Mr. Moses was very honest and did not try to sell a service that was not needed. He did, however, advise that the furnace may have to be replaced in the near future.. He was very professional and courteous. I mentioned to Mr. Moses that my neighbor could not relight the pilot on her gas fireplace. He agreed to light the pilot and she was so thankful for his service. I would certainly use RiteTemp again and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I am getting great heat, and I was glad that he convinced me to install a more energy efficient thermostat

Their prices are reasonable. They do good quality work. They finish work in a timely manner.
