They did a good job with everything. The price was pretty reasonable.

Originally, we called on Mac and Son to trim our trees in May of this year. When he came out he took the time to explain the growth pattern of our trees and at that time said he would not recommend they be trimmed till the end of the year. We were so impressed with his expertise and honesty, that we selected him to trim our trees in November. He did an excellent job. We would highly recommend him.

Company responded promptly to my email query. Set up time for estimate. We discussed several trees on the property. Mac explained why the pruning work needed to wait until fall and said he would be glad to submit an estimate at that time for work on those trees. (Makes sense--all kinds of things can happen in the meantime). For the two trees that were to be completely removed, he explained the work thoroughly and later emailed an estimate of $700, along with a detailed contract describing the work to be done. The work was completed promptly and thoroughly, and the area completely cleared of debris from the trees. Mac provided helpful information on trees and on maintenance procedures. I would definitely hire this company again.

The owner, Mr. Mac, came out on time and walked through our property. He checked all of the trees, and advised us that tree trimming at this time of year, (May) should not be done. Both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the time he took to explain the growing process of each tree, how and when it should be trimmed. When the time comes, we will indeed seek an estimate from this gentleman.

The major trunk and branches of my tree were leaning dangerously over the roof-top of my house. The tree was located on a narrow strip on the side of my house. It's many branches touched and mingled with the various utility wires attached to my house. A few days before actual work, Mac & Son came to my house and prepared an estimate. I approved estimate and we scheduled return work date. Mac & Son arrived on the date and time agreed upon. I was told I could leave and go about my day; that the work would be completed when I returned; and he would not accept any payment until I returned and inspected work. When I returned at 5 pm, the workers had finished and left. I saw that the major tree trunk & branches were gone; utility wires free of limbs, neighbor's tree was cut back to property line & my roof was free of the many leaning branches. The work area was clean and cleared of debris. Later Mac & Son arrived and we conducted a walk-through and inspection of the work. I paid in full.
